Hili!! I'm currently writing a vampire AU Jegulus fanfiction, and I'm looking for a beta reader who would be interested in working with me on a chapter-by-chapter basis as I write.

Here are the quick details of the story:
- It's on AO3
— James is a vampire hunter, Regulus is a vampire
— lots of black brothers angst
— currently 6 chapters are ready, chapters are usually around 3000 words
— I usually write a new chapter every 2/3 weeks

What I'm looking for:
Since I'm writing and uploading as I go, I'd love someone to look over the chapters before I post them. I mainly need help with general readability, making sure the emotional pacing of the angst hits the right spots, and checking if the characters feel in-character. I’d also love to brainstorm!!!English is not my first language!!

I remember not a lot of this fic, though I know it is DEFINITELY a Jegulus story.

What I DO remember is that it’s post prank and Remus and Regulus become friends, and way later down the line: spoilers ig, it’s revealed that Snape used legilimins (or however you spell it) on Sirus to find out about the Whomping Willow and Sirius as all like: “yeah, it IS my fault that Snape found out bc I should’ve had better control of my occlumency shields” and Remus is all like “baby….. no! I thought you did it maliciously!”

Hi! I can’t seem to remember the name of this fic or find it but I’ve been wanting to reread it for like a month! Some things I remember regulus and Sirius are at the potters for the summer I think it’s regs first summer there. James and Reg usually hang out when Sirius is gone on a date with Remus. They lowkey get caught by Effie and Monty on the sub chairs in the back yard. I’m pretty sure Monty has a potions room? That he shows to regulus and he spends time in there with Monty warming up. And I think that either James or Reg had a picture of the other under there mattress. Thanks :)

Ok so, im looking for a fic where regulus is a trans chef and in the past he had smth with barty i think, sirius is an artist and at some point James punches orion i think. It had a really cool vibe and there was an art gallery too and whatever, im just sooooooooooooo hung up on this i need to remember. Please lmk if anyone knows anything!!

Can anyone please recommend some happy Jegulus fics? I like long fics that still have angst and sadness but not emotionally obliterating and no deaths of main characters. I really liked Just Lovers but I haven’t heard of any other happy fics.

can yall help me find this fic it's an au set in hogwarts, i think first wizarding war, i never finished it and i was still in the early stages so i can only really tell you the beginning
all ik is james is not sunshine james and his a bit of a dick
and reg is still living at trials but is cutoff and is working in a tailoring shop in hogsmede james and reg are beefing
then james goes in one day to get his robes tailored and finds out reg is working there heavy tension ensues when reg is taking his measurements

I forgot how hard James falls in this fic. I’m reading other fics right now but I’ve completely dropped them and can’t stop re reading Sugar High…if you haven’t read it and you like fics where James falls first and falls HARD. He’s obsessed with Regulus. To be fair Rwgulus hides it but he falls hard too.

It has a lot of smut in it so if that’s not your thing I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’ve read all the big ones- choices, crimson rivers, art heist baby, pathological people pleaser etc. what are some underrated or lesser known gems that made you absolutely bawl? Can be MCD or not

So for my girlfriend's birthday (which I'm already late making this gift for but shhh) I'm binding a fanfic she likes (Pathological People Pleaser by rweoutofthewoods) but I've got to the cover and I'm totally stumped on what to do for the design. I can't ask her because she likes surprises and I've bothered her too much asking about what font etc. to use (hence im posting this on reddit when neither of use the site very much so hopefully she wont see this) but I literally don't know anything about the characters or fandom (I read the fic as I did the typeset and everything but my knowledge is very cursory.)

it's a jegulus fic (obv) with broken up jily but lily's still pregnant, set during voldemorts first return

Sirius and James run into regulus who's scared and crying while on like a mission for the order of phoenix or something but they don't trust him so they take him and lock him up to basically interrogate him

but regulus is just traumatized and sad and just wants Sirius

later he almost gets sexually assaulted by one of the aurors interrogating him, idk who

it's not finished but it's stuck in my brain I can't do this anymore ☠️
