Hi everyone, I need to move out of Ohio and I’ve looked at my lease agreement ( I’m leaving like 9 months early) but I couldn’t find any early termination clauses.

I searched online and saw that in Ohio I’m liable to keep paying until the apt find a new tenant? Problem is my relationship with the office isn’t great and I fear that they’ll not do well in finding a new tenant.

I’m doing my best to find someone too but does anyone have any alternatives or suggestions on what I can do?

I’m okay buying out too but I don’t know how much they’ll ask me to pay. And if I just ask about lease termination they’ll know I’m moving and just make my living here worse..
