What do you do when your child simply refuses to take vitamins?

If your child needs a supplement but refuses to take it, what has actually worked for you?

Do you switch between gummies, liquids, powders, or chewables? Do you involve them in choosing the flavor or make it part of a daily routine?

I feel like sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t choosing the supplement it’s getting kids to take it consistently.

Would love to hear what worked with your child and what definitely didn’t.

School is coming. How do you usually get your kids ready for school?

Do you start fixing their sleep schedule, make sure they eat better, or give them any vitamins?

And which vitamins or supplements do you use most often during the school year?

I’d love to hear what other parents do. Especially parents with picky eaters getting them to eat well can be a whole challenge.

Is Gruns Kids worth it for sugar free childrens vitamins?

Im trying to clean up a few things in our kids daily routine and started looking at sugar free childrens vitamins. Gruns and a few other providers are on my list and the plans all look pretty similar at first glance. Im comparing ingredients, how easy they are for kids to take and whether parents noticed any issues sticking with them long term. Which option aged the best after the first year?

At what point does bad breath in kids signal something more?

My child brushes really well we supervise, so I know it’s not a quick 10 second brush but the bad breath keeps coming back. The dentist didn’t find anything major, which is why I’m starting to wonder if this could be gut related. I’ve read that digestion, reflux or even imbalances in gut bacteria can sometimes affect breath. Has anyone dealt with this? If it ended up being gut related, were there other signs like bloating, constipation, tummy aches or picky eating and if that was the case for you, what did you actually do to help? Did you change diet, focus on hydration add probiotics or just wait it out? I don’t want to overreact but I also don’t want to ignore something that could be connected. Would really appreciate hearing other parents experiences.
