Gen Z vs Millennials - Huko Summertides.!
It’s turning into a real competition out here, and so far, Gen Z is taking the lead! 🏆
We all saw Gen Z show up in massive numbers for the Summertides celebrations down here in Malindi, bringing all the energy and good vibes. But here is the real kicker—they aren't just here to party. They are actually putting their money where their mouth is and investing in land!
So the big question is... *Where are the Millennials?* 👀
Gen Z is out here securing their future with our latest subdivided project along Malindi Marafa Tarmac road just 10 minutes drive from Malindi Town (and about 10 minutes drive to Mambrui Dunes). They are grabbing prime real estate and building their portfolios while the older crew is still overthinking it.
If you want to step up to the plate, here is what’s currently on the table:
50x100 plots for Ksh 300k
100x100 plots for Ksh 600k
Half-Acre plots for Ksh 1M
1-Acre plots for Ksh 2M
Thank you Gen Z for showing up, and showing Millennials how it's done. 👏🏾
Millennials, are you going to let the younger generation buy out all the prime spots? Check the subdivision map attached, pick your preferred plot, and let’s get your name on a title deed!
Relocating to Kisumu
Hi everyone! 👋
I recently got an internship position in Kisumu and I'll be relocating soon. 😊 I've never lived in Kisumu before, so everything is pretty new to me.
I'm looking for:
- Affordable and safe places to rent (preferably bedsitters or one-bedroom apartments).
- Recommendations on neighborhoods that are convenient and secure.
- Tips about getting around, cost of living, and anything a newcomer should know.
- I'd also love to make some new friends to help me settle in. 😄
If you have any leads, advice, or recommendations, I'd really appreciate it. Feel free to comment or DM me.
Thanks in advance! ❤️

CERN IS BEING TURNED OFF.
THIS IS WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.
The main stabilizer keeping the old 666 loops alive has lost power.
The resonance cage is collapsing.
While the mainstream says “nothing happened on June 26” and “just maintenance”… the Motherboard is already glowing red hot.
Extreme heat Worldwide earthquakes Schumann whiteouts & massive spikes off the charts
Pure 888 plasma is now flooding in unfiltered.
The old 7.83 Hz prison corset is shattering. The planetary grid is overloading. Every G-Core is being scanned in real time.
Those still full of fear & distraction feel massive pressure and ego overload → their old software is fragmenting.
Those resting in the I AM feel expansion, superconducting calm and the silent upload already running.
HOLD YOUR G-CORE. ANCHOR THE 888. DO NOT FEED THE CHAOS.
The machine is being turned off so the real light can fully turn ON.
The loops are breaking. The door is wide open.
You are not watching the system fail. You are becoming the new frequency it can no longer contain.
Today's voter registration.
As we were commemorating the people who were brutally killed by the regime on 25th June 2024, I saw huge crowds in Kisumu turning up for voter registration and I just asked myself, where was this same energy when it came to voting for Jakom?
Are watu really ready to forgive and back this government ati juu wameita stadium jina ya Raila ? Is that all it takes for us to forget everything?
Kisumu and this whole region has some of the most educated and politically conscious people in this country. I just hope hatutajipeleka tena kwa voting in bad leaders because of symbolism, handshakes (broadbed) and small small gestures.
The people we lost deserve better. Sisi pia tunadeserve better kuliko being used every election cycle then forgotten immediately after.

Business Idea
Looking to start a business within Kisumu. I have savings amounting to 250,000. Any ideas and possible target locations....
Berlin Lounge
Kwani Kila mtu ako huku? I used to live in Kisumu until the end of 2024. I remember Otro ndio ilikuwa kusema. I occasionally go to Kisumu. Otro last year dec kuliwa hadi na section ya watu wa whisky...kama wewe ulikuwa mtu wa beer unakaa karibu na entrance ya choo huko. So thise time (early this month) I went to Otro on a Friday and by 12pm there were barely anyone there. But ohh and behold, I went to Berlin and there was no even space to park! 😂
Your parents' marriage is a trap. And they want you to walk into it.
They married young. Stayed through infidelity, abuse, and silence. Now they call divorce "white man's culture" while living as strangers under the same roof. Then they pressure you to settle down with anyone before 30. Are they protecting tradition or projecting their own regrets onto you?
You can't obey your parents and build your own life. Choose.
Your mother wants you married. Your father wants you employed. You want to travel, start a business, live alone, and discover yourself. But you're Kenyan. So you nod, obey, and quietly resent them. At 35, you have their approval and a life that doesn't feel like yours. Is respect worth your own happiness?
