I didn't know a dui applies to people on a bike. This happened in california today! What are your thoughts on this? Guess you learn something new everyday

Only mods are saddle, locking grips, alloy pedals and bottle cage. It came with a handy sticker sheet, which was good, because there were a few flaws in the paint. I'd have removed the chainguard, but since it's sturdy steel, instead of plastic or paper-thin sheet metal, I left it in place. It's a pretty fun bike. Not as fancy as some of my State klunkers, nor as labor-intensive as my frame-up builds, but still a reliable ride I would have no problem taking out onto an easy or moderate trail.
