Did the make Black Diamond slower?

I remember riding the Black Diamond Mining Company coaster years ago, and thinking it was a pretty good thrill ride in addition to being a fun spooky dark ride. I remember the drops and turns being pretty quick and somewhat intense.

However, I rode it this past Saturday (after explaining to my friends what I thought they should expect) and it seemed like there were brakes kicking in on every drop? As in, before the car even got to the bottom of the drop, at was slowed down?

Did they add something to make the ride slower, or am I just misremembering how it used to be the last time I rode it? It's not a case of me being a kid when I first rode it, I couldn't have been younger than 25 when I first rode it.

Photo Pass?

I'm going to Knoebels tomorrow for the first time since I was a kid (I'm 41 now). I wanted to buy the photo pass, but I can't find it anywhere on the website. I swear it was on there a few days ago. It isn't in the "add ons" section. I also couldn't find anywhere to buy it in the app, just the place where you can scan the picture QR codes.

Am I just completely missing it?

Missed Connection

I know this is a long shot here. I was at Knoebels yesterday August 5th. I was in line for Impulse around 5:30 and there was a girl waiting in front of me. I overheard her yelling to her waiting group about not being scared to ride because she had rode coasters in Europe, she mentioned Hyperia... I should have struck up a conversation as I am a fellow coaster fan. She rode by herself and she was wearing bright yellow shirt. Had dark hair with red highlights. If you are here I would like to know. After I wish I would have talked.

Again I know it's a long shot, but if anyone was there yesterday that might know who I am talking about I would like to contact her.
