34M looking for local guy friends around Knoxville.

I moved to Knoxville about 2 years ago and I’m trying to expand my local circle. I'm 34, married, and honestly just looking for some solid guy friends in the area to talk to and potentially hang out with.
It’s tough meeting people at this stage of life, so a few of us actually stay in touch through a basic group chat where we talk about sports, navigating marriage, daily life, and even some practical scripture/faith stuff here and there. We’re completely zero-judgment, down-to-earth, and I couldn't care less about what political side anyone is on. Tennessee to Begin Using Fentanyl for Executions Following Pentobarbital Failure

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Following this week’s botched execution, Tennessee officials announced plans to replace pentobarbital with fentanyl, citing the drug’s substantially better track record of killing Tennesseans.

“After reviewing the numbers, it became clear that fentanyl has been considerably more effective at killing people in Tennessee than the Department of Correction,” an official said.

When I Say I Buy Houses “As Is,” I Mean ANYTHING

You already know I buy houses “as is,” but I’m not sure everyone understands what I mean. I will buy ANYTHING.

Bed bugs? I’ll buy it. Former meth lab? I’ll buy it. Current meth lab? We can talk. Murder house? Not a problem. Haunted? I don’t scare easily. Built on an ancient burial ground? I’m still interested. Sinkhole slowly consuming the kitchen? As long as we can find enough of the house to make an offer, give me a call.

Fire damage, flood damage, mysterious stains, unexplained noises from the basement, previous owner refuses to leave the attic. I’ve seen it all.

I’ll even buy a house where the HOA president lives next door.
