Planning to stay there for 3 nights at KL - considering Ruma or Alila Bangsar

Would like to hear your views on which one is better in terms of below criteria

My itinerary will be mostly eating, wellness stuffs

- Location
- Facilities (sauna/ steam/cold plunge)
- Complimentary activities: some hotel provide some activities in the hotel like maybe yoga / workshop or anything

Im looking for those wellness center that provides cold plunge, infra red sauna those types in KL, hit me up for reco, high end will be preferred

Lastly, any massage reco? Preferably high end

I am planning to travel to KL around 15/7,can anyone suggest me a suitable hotel or Airbnb with a cost around 400-500MYR?It would be better if there are 2 beds cuz we are 2p
