Looking for feedback on browser-based Ryder cup captaincy game built with AI-assistance

Hi all,

I’ve spent the last week or so building a small browser game called Drive For Five and would love some honest feedback.

The game is a fairly straightforward golf captaincy simulation inspired by the Ryder Cup. You draft a team, set pairings, and try to guide your side through a series of historical matches.

A few things to be aware of:
- I’m not a professional developer. The game was built with significant AI assistance while I learned as I went.
- It’s a free browser game rather than a commercial project.
- It’s still very much in prototype mode.

All feedback welcome! Thanks in advance for taking a look.

Who Wins Evian 2026? Here's My Prediction Model

I built my own prediction model for the 2026 Amundi Evian Championship.

Formula:
• 55% SG Total (2026 Season)
• 45% Maximus Golf Evian Performance Index (MG-EPI)

Since Evian is played on the same course every year, I believe course history deserves significant weight.

My Top 5 Favorites

  1. Somi Lee
  2. Nelly Korda
  3. Hyo Joo Kim
  4. Jeeno Thitikul
  5. Minjee Lee

What do you think? Would you change anything? ⛳

Next Stop: Europe! The Amundi Evian Championship kicks off July 9

The LPGA Tour takes a breather this week before heading across the Atlantic to Europe for the Amundi Evian Championship. The major showdown will take place from July 9–12, 2026, at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Evian-les-Bains, Haute-Savoie, France. Players will compete for a share of a massive $9.1 million purse, with the champion lifting the trophy, claiming the winner's check, and banking 650 Race to the CME Globe points.

Players Moving To The Next Hole

I was at the 3rd round of PGA Championship in Hazeltine National. It was my first time watching pro women's golf in person. I noticed some players will go to the next hole and not wait for their playing partners. In one instace, the lady was hitting her tee shot while the last person in her group is just arriving to the tee box. Is this common? I've been to a handful of men's tournaments and they don't do this.

Brooke Henderson

I can't seem to find a TV channel carrying the LPGA championship final round. Canada's greatest golfer of all-time and no coverage?
