Approved! Starting at 4mg?

Got my welcome email. Finally 🎉 BUT!! Super confused why they would want to start me at 4mg?

I'm 5'1 at 160lbs. Need to lose 30ish pounds. Ive taken 1.5mg of Wegovy...but not even for a month.

I did send the nurse an email, but confused. Has anyone else started at 4mg? I thought 2.5mg was the starting.

New Pharmacy Options + Red Rock Price Reductions

Hello LSH Community!

We have some exciting pharmacy updates to share!

We know the recent 503B pharmacy changes have been frustrating, especially for patients in states where options became more limited. This has been especially noticeable for our California patients, so we have been working behind the scenes to find more affordable options.

New Pharmacy Options

We are excited to share that we will be adding two new pharmacy options: Vios and Boudreaux.

Some of you may remember ProRx from March/April. Since ProRx became unavailable, we continued working with their fulfillment partner, Boom/PerfectRx, to find new options for our patients.

Vios Tirzepatide/Semaglutide with Levocarnitine

Vios may be of interest to patients who previously used ProRx, as it uses the same API source, meaning the same active pharmaceutical ingredient source.

Tirzepatide/Levocarnitine

  • Tier 0, 20mg: $235
  • Tier 1, 40mg: $325
  • Tier 2, 60mg: $340
  • Tier 3, 90mg: $380
  • Tier 4, 120mg: $395

Semaglutide/Levocarnitine

  • Tier 1, 6mg: $275
  • Tier 2, 16mg: $345
  • Tier 3, 20mg: $380

Availability: All states except California.
Expected launch: By end of day today.

Boudreaux Tirzepatide/Semaglutide with Glycine

We are especially excited about Boudreaux for our California patients. Boudreaux has been established in the industry for many years and will provide another affordable option.

Tirzepatide/Glycine

  • Tier 0, 20mg: $245
  • Tier 1, 40mg: $280
  • Tier 2, 60mg: $340
  • Tier 3, 80mg: $360
  • Tier 4, 120mg: $395

Semaglutide/Glycine

  • Tier 1, 8mg: $250
  • Tier 2, 16mg: $295
  • Tier 3, 32mg: $395

Availability: All states except Arkansas, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Hawaii.
Expected launch: Early next week.

Red Rock Price Reductions

We were also able to negotiate further price reductions with Red Rock, which has been a strong LSH pharmacy partner for years.

Tirzepatide

  • T0, 17mg: was $360, now $279
  • T1, 34mg: was $410, now $329
  • T2, 51mg: was $459, now $389
  • T3, 102mg: was $579, now $459
  • T4, 136mg: was $625, now $519

Semaglutide

  • T1, 5mg: was $279, now $249
  • T2, 15mg: was $319, now $289
  • T3, 25mg: was $349, now $329

Pricing and availability details will be posted on the website as updates go live.

Thank you all for your patience and feedback. We are always working behind the scenes to bring more options, better pricing, and a smoother experience to the LSH community.

LSH Decision Aid Tool: Compare Options with Confidence

Hello LSH Community!

We are excited to share our Decision Aid tool, which now includes a quiz!

You can check it out here:
https://lavenderskyhealth.com/decisionaid/

The Decision Aid was created to help patients better understand their options before committing to a treatment path. It brings together information about pharmacy options, plan types, additives, and other key details all in one place.

We know there is a lot to compare, and it can feel overwhelming trying to sort through everything. Our hope is that this tool makes the process feel a little more guided and helps patients feel more confident when deciding what may be the best fit for them.

Thank you all for your continued feedback and support. We are excited to keep improving the patient experience and making these decisions feel less overwhelming.

Should I use 503a now?

I understand there are still 503b options, I just want some others opinions on if it would be better to just switch to 503a now after BPI is no longer an option. Hate to go to another pharmacy that just shuts down in a few months. If so, what’s everyone’s favorite 503a?

Maintenance

Curious to know if any one here uses Lavendar Sky for maintenance and what's been your experience? As I am currently in maintenance with another telehealth but thinking of switching over to Lavendar Sky later this year.

Any info. you can give would be appreciated. Thanks!
