I use lastpass and have multiple chrome profiles and firefox sessions and tend to leave dozens of tabs open overnight. On all browsers I set the "Lot out when all browsers are closed" and "Log out after this many minutes of inactivity (to 333 minutes (5.5 hours))".

When I come in to the office in my morning a random number of browsers are still signed into LastPass.

I suspect some of my tabs are showing pages with some sort of activity that tricks LastPass into thinking I am "still there".

Anyone else experiencing this / solved this issue? I intend to not which pages are open on the stuck browsers.

Even so, this seems to me to be a fairly serious security flaw in LastPass.

My android Lastpass quick setting tile is just gone. And it is no longer one of the options I can add when I go to edit my quick settings. I guess I'm gonna have to resort to an annoying persistent notification. Does anyone know how to get the quick setting tile back?

I am trying to reset my master password as it was not working this morning. I go through the process of putting in my email address, getting the verification code in a text message, then putting it into the verification box on LastPass. However, when it takes me in to create a new password, it immediately logs me back out, then I am back at the beginning of the process.

What happened? Everything is broken, there is instances where it suggest the login name in the search bar, passwords are not logged despite the website/service being one of the most used webpages known to people. What am I paying for? At this point I can count the times this works on one hand and the times it doesn't is infinite it feels like!

Not to say, it tries to override passwords when you log onto services with an entirely different name and website? Am I better off just rolling out pen and paper again?

This is one of the fastes "systematic decline in quality of online platforms over time driven by your greed" services I have seen together with netflix and such. Fix yourself you vibe coding corporation.

Hey! I realized I was still paying for a subscription, but I havent used the service for quite some time.

Since I've last logged in I've changed phone (trusted LastPass device and authenticator) and I have no recollection of master password - nor any recovery code.

In practice I'm completely locked out from my own account.

I just got an email regarding a new payment for an annual subscription is upcomming, and I would REALLY like to cancel that subscription (and delete the account to be honest).

I tried registering the form for account recovery; but they wanted my last used public IP (which is a hillarous request, IMO - who knows what IP I last logged into xD).
I was also asked for the first time I signed up, which I can't recall either - years ago (this one is on me - I get that). I'd figure I'd check the annual payments on my account, but I can only find 2 years back (even though I know I had a subscription 5 years ago).

Dear mods; How do I proceed in cancelling the subscription, and hopefully eventually delete my whole account?

Hello everyone,

My son got logged out of his account but we can't remember the password.

My email and phone number are connected to his account as he's 7 years old.

Every time that I try to reset the password and use my email or phone number, I don't get a code.

Even other email and texts not concerning about the reset, is received.

Helpdesk just sends me back to explanations online and closes of the chat, while all the things said online don't work.

Can somebody help me out?
