Dynamic Monotone Color Setup

I use Lawnicons with automatic icon coloring based on wallpaper. For the wallpaper, I use a script from Automate app to change the wallpaper every time it is locked and when switching to other apps. It works great, but there is a little lag when opening an app because applying the wallpaper makes the icon color updated.

What do you guys think?
