I signed up back when Boost Infinite was a thing and got an iPhone 15 Pro for free (with monthly bill credits). I'm on my last bill credit which should be the rest of the remaining balance of my phone. I was told by chat support that I had to actually pay the last ~$30 dollars because the final amount wouldn't be credited. That doesn't sound quite right to me though because I don't remember seeing anything about that when I signed up. My phone's starting to give me problems and I wanted to buy a different phone.

So has anyone else had this experience, will I have to actually fork out the money? Anyone from Boost have insight on this?
