I finally made a switch. How is this acceptable? I have lost JOB OFFERS because their service doesn't work and they dont do anything about it.

Hey guys, just saw that lot of other carriers like ultra mobile, visible, US mobile are offering unlimited data for the same price as boost. Is there any reason to not to switch to them. Which carrier is best for data and coverage right now. I am seriously looking to switch from boost mobile. It’s been really frustrating lately.

I’m not receiving the 1 time verification code to my phone to login. Any one else having the same issue?

I am trying to cancel the autopay by calling the support service but they just put me on a long wait time and, after listening to me, drop the call. I am not in the US and can't get the codes to log into the app. What am I supposed to do? This is so unprofessional on their end

Do you think Boost will carry iPhone Duo? Or did you upgraded to iPhone 18 Pro/Max?

Looking into getting the Pixel 10a through Boost, which is heavily discounted if you prepay for 2 months of Unlimited Premium. I'm already on Boost with the $10 a month plan on a really old phone. I'm confused about the terms of the contract if I go with the 2 months Unlimited Premium to unlock the discount. Would it be possible to pay the 2 month prepay and then go back to my $10 a month plan? Or am I locked into paying the $60 for the Unlimited Premium plan for a longer period? The only thing I could find in the FAQ was "If you received a special device discount, you are required to stay on an eligible plan until you qualify for a device upgrade."

I have $250. I want to port in. Is that enough for the $149 iPhone 17e in-store deal?

Last year I upgraded my phone from the 16 pro max to 17 pro max, after reading what boostmobileblake said that financing was exactly the same thru Apple and it was thru boost mobile.

Here’s the issue, I ported out my number to t-mobile going to use the 800.00 switch promo, T-Mobile sent me the 800.00 to pay off my device which I owe 799.00 on it. But now boost mobile also wants 499.99 for the 16 pro max that I traded in a year ago!

I have the tracking number and this email from Apple that they received the 16 pro max

My bill over the last year does not even have a 16 pro max on it??

The retention dept told me I only owed 834.00 for my 17 pro max.

I need some help please
