If you're wondering why I'm asking such a random question, I'm planning to make some art depicting what Transformers characters would look like if their alt modes were vehicles from LEGO City, and Megatron is by far the character I'm having the hardest time picking an alt mode for. LEGO has a strict rule against making military vehicles - aka what Megatron usually transforms into - so I need really creative.

1. Cutlee, a grey pirate Minicon with his spider-like 4 legs and a white pirate hat he has. He is Hothead's first minicon. He transforms into a submarine (formely a sword).

2. Twirl, a dark blue Minicon with a white mouth and a white eyes and a white bow, she is also Hothead's second minicon. She transforms into a Cybertronian Helicopter.

3.Barrage, a green Minicon who is a Autobot Elite Guard, He has his own weapon and transforms into a Cybertronian Helicopter.

4.Pummel, a black Minicon with giant fists who is a former Decepticon now joining the Autobots. She transforms into a Cybertronian Jet.

5. Velox, a slender, sharp looking red Minicon who is also a former Decepticon, he transforms into a Cybertronian Jet.

Fun facts:

1. Pummel likes punching and causing a chaos.

2. Barrage is actually Sentinel Prime's minicon (no sentinel wasnt evil).

3. Velox and Pummel is based on some of the BotBots character, for the Velox: Its "Frosterafu". And for Pummel: Its "Game Over".

4. Cutlee loves finding treasure because he believed he was rich and lucky.

5. Twirl likes exploring around with his master "Hothead".

6. Barrage is the first minicon to have weapons.

7. Barrage is also a the first minicon i updated.

8. Twirl is the first female minicon i made.

9. Velox doesnt have received his upgrades, sorry about that because i dont have any pieces left.

Calling it quits for now on this project as I finally have it in a good enough place imo. Fixed a lot of the structural (and uglyness) issues with my previous iteration. Fully legit transformation with full articulation, small parts swap with a single 1x1 for a clip to strengthen the core. Really happy with how the arms can actually come out from the wheel area and the angling of the front grills after the transformation. The torso area has some of the weirdest geometry with the head and arm situation made things unnecessarily complicated. Stuck to the original car mode design by SFH_Bricks as best I could, but had to sacrifice a bit on the sides and back. Head is pretty small as there's pretty much no extra space under the hood and the leg design is definitely flawed but it's good enough for me. Theoretically could support itself if built irl but I don't have all the parts to test it. Overall pretty fun project, not doing anything like this for a while tho.

waiting to see the Perseus meteor shower and to pass the time I decided to build a lego transformer. I’ve got the lower half figure out, the head figured out and the shoulders but I’m not sure how to build the arms and chest or how to give it an ab crunch while keeping it in this scale. also was considering using one of these slope pieces as coat tails somehow.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share something my 6-year-old son Luka made. He is absolutely obsessed with Transformers, and his ultimate favorites are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron.

He built this model completely on his own without any instructions, just using his imagination and spare bricks. He paid so much attention to the details to make it look like the real character. He is so proud of it and would love to know what you think! I’ll be reading him your comments.

hey again, wanted to show another sneak peek of my Optimus Prime update i've been working on since November. it's been tedious yet fun going through the process of experimenting and refining the aspects of his design over and over again, trial and error until eventually 😭 I'll have a build that I'm happy with in looks, structure, and transformation.

by the time I'm done, he should sport at least 2010's toyline levels of articulation, a removable & holdable matrix of leadership, a pair of ion blasters and axes (that would integrate to complete the truck mode), and full compatibility with any future accessories I may make for him to combine with.
