Very very controversial unpopular take but…..I legit lowk think it’s fine to hate your parents if you are sub5 or have too many disadvantages

How could you not? Maybe I’d be more understanding and forgiving on how I turned out if they were genuinely that well intentioned but tragic genes, but if they’re the kinda narcissists that gave you way unnecessary stress and seemed to always want to pick a fight with you and play dirty with blatant lying and denial to a literal child, while also thinking they’re Gods greatest thing while having the same subpar genetics that manifested in you, they realistically were never the innocent well meaning “sacrificial” parents you guys make them out to be. I know it’s biology to love your parents near unconditionally, but I’m past basic biology with the trauma they’re height genetics and Austism and problems it and they gave me.

If your parents hit you when you were young, cause muh discipline or disrespect or “cause you deserved it”, but suddenly magically stopped when you grew big enough or old enough to handle yourself, despite being more problematic than ever as a teen or young adult, they’re exactly the cowardly narcissistic parents who really didn’t do near as much as you, them and wider society makes you think. I know genetics is number one and as long as protein was sufficient in youth you’ll basically reach max potential, but you never know……that shit they can put you through causing massive cortisol spikes from young age is detrimental to your developing physiology. Not only can it potentially stunt (or slow growth leaving you more vulnerable over a longer time period giving you trauma even if catch up later) your height via suppression of IGF1 HGH ect, but cortisol wrecks testosterone level too, so it likely ruined potential other needed traits like strong jaw and orbital bones, natural defensive aggression (I’ll elaborate one sec), and athletic muscle which might’ve mitigated (not fully) some of the suffering of height deficiency or neurodivergence.

You’ll likely want through bullying or feeling of helplessness throughout life partly from which. But a major factor tat only reinforced that is again your healthy natural defensive aggression was punished for existing. If your parents who often can be your first bullies ffs, bully you it directly causes this learned helplessness alongside your height, or disabilities or neurodivergence as well as general ugliness When people say bullies are beaten at home (not always true tbh some bullies legit have great lives at home and everywhere they go cause genes or money) but take their anger out on other kids, notice how it’s only really tall or strong bullies, never small kids who won’t even defend themselves. You don’t have the size or Neurotypical traits to be that one messed up kid, who at least scared off anyone messing with him despite his depression , you’re something worse for yourself as you have insane learned helplessness everywhere you go.

People will say shit like “just punch the bully bro”, but if you as a literal child were bullied by your parents, of course you not gonna stand a single chance against a literal grown ass adult, and this learned helplessness and refusal to fight translates to even kids your age who pick on you.

Bit off a rant that was, but yh being sub5 is big enough reason to hate them, never let anyone tell you otherwise, though its up to you how you feel about your parents. Parents really undermine how serious spawning a literal human life is. And they should do everything possible to be realistic and help their child, including/especially acknowledging reality of height. Optimal home, nutrition, sorts, protection and even HGH should it seem plausible in their specific situation. Leaving to “figure it out” or “trust God” is immensely cruel and stupid. An excessively short or autistic kid is only cute as a child but it stops being so after like age 5 and becomes a huge problem and the world will show it him no mercy. Your suffering is genuinely cause of their genetics, but not only did they give you and genetics, they didn’t give you money or social connections to hide form full reality, plus they likely harmed a full healthy growth by spiking your literal preteen body with cortisol. Why tf would you put a child in fight or flight…….

Got the call back in March that we were getting a divorce, turns out he was cheating. He wants to get back together now, but I don’t think I’m done having fun yet.

Here is a list of things I’ve done in a 4 month time period that I never would’ve been able to do married:

Lived on my own for the first time
Went jet skiing
Went on several boats
Went paddle boarding
Went to my first concert
Went to several amazing restaurants way outside of my budget
Went to a casino
Had sex with a woman
Bar hopped
Shopped in stores I couldn’t afford to breath in
Got back into tattooing
Sold my art
Met 2 youtubers I watch frequently

And this is just 4 months in. When people used to tell me, “You’re only 25!” I used to cringe. Because I’ve had a hell of a run. (Married, had a kid, divorced.) I felt like my life was over, but truly it’s only beginning. It’s amazing how much you can do, even as a single mother, when you aren’t tied down busy supporting someone else’s dream.

If I could go back and tell my 18 year old self (who was wild asf) anything it would be to leave that man alone.
