My brother had the level lock+’s at his house and had a terrible experience with them. And looking online I feel like everyone’s experience is pretty hit or miss. I was wondering if they have improved?
I really loved it, but his was consistently not responding or dying. He switched to Yale and that has been pretty ass too. I have a Eufy lock that has zero issues, but I am curious about Aqara and Level
Currently have 2. They really work well for me, no issues.
Moving soon and I am looking at smart locks for my new place. I really like the ‘looks like a regular deadbolt’-look of the Lock, so I am seriously considering getting that again. Despite the uncertain future of the product and product support.
If you like your Lock, would you get it again for a new place?
Comments: Suggestion is to just replace the Locks with dumb locks and take the smart ones with me. Good idea! Since most people change the locks anyway for safety reasons.
