This one was even trickier to build because of the sheer amount of figures. That’s 21. 21 figures. 7 psychos, 7 in space rangers, and 7 lost galaxy rangers. Why 7 of each? Cos there’s 5 base rangers of each team, plus the green and silver psychos, magna defender and in space silver, and two customs: in space green and lost galaxy black. I have no head canon as to who they are. I just made them because I thought they looked cool 😅. Enjoy!

This one was tricky to build, especially to fit in so many figures, but I think I more or less managed. It looks a bit too busy, but it’ll do.
So, remember how I said in my last diorama that I wanted Billy to be part of the action? Well, here he is again, as the white zeo ranger. He always deserved to keep on being a ranger. It’s a custom I always wanted to make, and it was quite a lot fun to do. Enjoy!

To recap, Shout Factory released the classic era of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin to Rpm on DVD.

And 15 Super Sentai DVDs from Fiveman to Dekaranger.

And it was a good run.

The playmates website has been updated with these items and they are starting to pop up for sale here and there.

In random order:

- ultimate mega thunderzord. It's not a combinable but it looks pretty good and price isn't too high.

- creating the mega tigerzord: this looks great IMO

- owning a saba sword. I have to say that the blade should have been a bit longer but i'm happy that they'll release a new affordable version of the sword

Honorable mention: the 8 inch vintage packaged action figures. But i cant find lots of pictures or info about these.

This is the last diorama featuring civilians for now. Seven custom Rangers of the fourth season of Power Rangers (I always considered alien Rangers as part of season 4). A lot of kit bashing involved, and some painting too. And yes, seven rangers: Jason, Tanya, Adam, Tommy, Kat, Rocky, and Billy. I was really sad when Billy stopped being a ranger, so I made sure he was part of the action here. Enjoy!

I must admit I wasn’t really a fan of the metallic armor suits as a kid. They seemed like the perfect opportunity to feature the movie suits as a temporary boost, but instead went with glitter. However, I am a big fan of the lightning collection figures though, I really like how they’re translucent and how their colours pop, so I had to include them in the third diorama of season 3. It was also a great way to showcase u/Tw0T1mes fantastic Ninjor conversion kit. This is technically the last mighty morphin diorama, so tomorrow you’ll see something else. Enjoy!

I had a lot of fun posing these, especially getting Adam to goof around. Again, no custom figures here, just poses, fun, and ugly birdies in the sky. I know the Rangers should be wearing the full mask covering their faces, but I’m a bigger fan of the movie masks. Enjoy!

This one has to be one of my favourites so far. I was, and still am, a huge fan of the 1995 movie, so I needed to make this version of the Rangers. I wish we had Oozemen for them to fight against, but Tengu warriors will do! Plus, it’s a perfect excuse to put a custom Dulcea from u/Tw0T1mes in the future. Enjoy!

Another putty fight scene, but this time with season 2 Rangers and Masked Rider! I know Masked rider technically appeared at the start of season 3, but it was still pre-ninjetti, so I’ll still consider it season 2 😅. The custom Masked Rider figure wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the talented u/Tw0T1mes and his awesome Masked Rider Kit. Enjoy!

This diorama is a bit different since there are no Ranger figures. Again, no custom figures here, just a bunch of monster, the Lucky Cat megazord and dragonzord, and a custom base and background to look like Angel Grove cityscape. Now, I know the megazord and dragonzord don’t scale really well with most of the monsters, they only really scale well with Goldar, so I might end up getting the Super7 ones at some point. Enjoy!

Though declining in quality and quantity over its last few years of cycle, plus price was repeatedly increased with too many unwanted and duplicated figures and so many teams left incompleted, the Lightning Collection to me was some nice wind of changes for a mass-collecting Power Rangers figures. It's truly disappointing that we've lost PR/SS action figures line one after another.

I'll now stay satisfied with 19 completed teams (not counting duplicates). For other teams, later then, as I'm now shifting focus to another line of figures. <3

Another diorama with custom civilian rangers. This time featuring the change of cast with Aisha, Adam and Rocky. Really happy with how they turned out, though I might change Tommy a bit down the line. Enjoy!

Just a bit of context, I know this episode isn’t the most popular, but it was always very special to me. As a kid, this was only one of two episodes I had of the Green Ranger on VHS from season 1, and only because my grandparents were kind enough to record them on the VCR. The episode wasn’t even complete, and it utilised the ever present trope of the evil clones, but it holds a very special place in my heart, so I had to recreate it! I know… I don’t have a Commander Crayfish, so instead I made a mutant red ranger. But eventually, I’ll get my hands on a custom Commander Crayfish and complete this diorama. In the meantime, enjoy!

This is the last diorama that I’ll build of season one (more or less), a good old rangers vs putties. No custom figure here, just some fun posing and five for one. Enjoy!

After collecting, customising and gathering the necessary parts for so long, I finally have everything I need to start piecing together all the dioramas I wanted. This is the first one of a total of twelve I have planned for now. Enjoy!

Truly a blessed year for us collectors as many brands is releasing high-quality 1/6th scale Ranger/Sentai' action figures. And somewhat cursed too, as they're bombarding us with waves after waves, draining my wallet to the bottom. But otherwise, it's amazing to see a complete team like this. <3

This kit was probably the easiest to build from the Time Force SMP sets. There were a total of 6 stickers for the Q-Rex, and everything else was for an extra sword they included that was larger than the one that came with the Time Force Megazord SMP.

This particular kit could use to be painted silver. I opted not to paint mine (yet) because I wasn't set up for the proper ventilation needed to paint on such a large scale.

He's big. He actually is slightly taller than the Deluxe Time Force Megazord. I included an extra picture of the Lion Fire Megazord MiniPLA for comparison since that's the largest kit I had on hand when I took the photos.
