Because it’s telling me to download some alternate file and it takes me to a website and I can’t download stuff because I’m on my Xbox so it wouldn’t even work anyway even if I did get it somehow through the Microsoft edge and I want to refund but we know how Microsoft is I’m gonna spend like 20 years getting a refund and only get like one dollar back because it was a four dollar game. Can somebody help me get it to work?

Simsie is doing another thing like the berry discount, but this time her website is filled with pumpkins! I have looked absolutely everywhere for these pumpkins and can only find 4... what the heck am I missing? Is anyone else having trouble with this? WHERE ARE THE PUMPKINS???

I bought all the items for the books & berries merch drop. Recently saw Simsie did another merch drop... I'm wondering if anyone has received their Berries & Books merch? Kinda sad that I haven't received my stuff yet before another merch drop :( (I realize Berries & Books was a pre-order & it would take a couple months to make all the stuff).

I’m looking to buy some merch as a Christmas gift and I fear her recent drop is too halloweeny, I’m just wondering if anyone is expecting a drop closer to Christmas?

I’ve already reached out to Shop support, but with the pumpkin search today I realized I cannot for the life of me access any of the previous drop. Under “Shop All” it’s just the Halloween products, and the tote and book quilt cover. Both of those are sold out but still show up for me. When I google the products they do show up, but when I click on the link it takes me to the Simsie Shop homepage. Does anyone else have this issue?
