What Do You Think Will Happen To All The Unfulfilled PS5 Strictly Limited Orders Post 2028?
I have two unfulfilled orders from 2024 and there’s been zero communication about the production on them for months (a year?). Strictly Limited have a real concrete deadline now. Think they’ll give refunds or shutter and run? I honestly don’t see them fulfilling these old orders.

It’s finally happening. Nearly 3 years and about 12 emails later I’ve finally received shipping confirmation for Underhero from First Press Games, this comes after receiving Chained Echoes back in Feb 2025 which was ordered at the same time (Jan 2023).

Scammed by First Press Games? Report them to Staatsanwaltschaft Germany
Were you scammed by First Press Games and never received anything and want to file a report or two?
I know I was, and did report them and I urge you to do so as well.
Here's how to do it.
Check out Seafoamgamings article about FPG, there is an excellent tutorial on how to file all of the reports.
It's not hard at all even if you do not live in Germany, or speak German for that matter!
We need to be heard and it ain't gonna happen if people do not take action.
How to report to the Verbraucherzentrale and the police is all in the Seafoamgaming article.
As I said, it's not hard at all as the guide is very clear and easy to follow.
Google "Seafoamgaming first press" and you will find it.
Every single person who has been scammed by FPG needs to do this!

Provide as much info as you can when emailing them. The more people complain the better.
Do not give up, make the authoroties wake up and start inspecting this scam company!

EDIT:
Ignoring your customers and refusing to cancel orders and refund them is a scam. Plus FPG still "sells" games on their website while never shipping anything. Buyer protection is very strong in the EU and you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund anytime, which is something FPG is ignoring. This is something we need to keep pressing on.
Look, I cannot guarantee that you will get a refund. But keep those reports up, and keep pressing on the fact that FPG refuses to honor EU law. They cannot ignore the issue when the reports keep coming in.
Also, if people would help with spreading this message to other subreddits it'd be wonderful. I am not reddit savvy at all and don't know where else it'd be a good idea to post. Feel free to spread this message wherever you might feel is useful!

VA-11 Hall-A: Design Works came a little busted [Lost in Cult]
Just got my Design Works for Va-11 Hall-A today from Lost in Cult. they shipped it in a tightly packed box that was already somewhat torn on the tape at the bottom.
This is how mine came in, there is also pressure spots/indents.
The "main" product is good, it was super dusty though?
Just sucks that this is part of the product and it came torn.
The packaging it was shipped in was stiffer cardboard than this display piece cardboard.
Not super bummed because I'm not a reselling shill. I'm just very glad I finally got my copy of this after getting the either reprint or restock.
From a positive sense, it gives it character, second game related item to have this package display, my other one is Unpacking.
Just wanted to share my experience with Lost in Cult.
