[ SOLVED ] IWLK was found!

I can't even believe I am writing this right now, this song has haunted me for the past year and a half!

The song is Gudauri by Salome Korkotashvili - song

A huge thank you goes to u/Haunting-Volume3850 from r/Kartvelian, who successfully identified the song and to This wouldn't have been possible without the help of the Georgian-speaking community that took the time to listen, transcribe the lyrics, and search through local music.

I'm so happy we can finally mark this one as solved, it's lowkey a banger 🥲

I found a rock album cd from 2005 at a thrift store that doesn't seem to be available anywhere on the internet

The album is B:ILL - Advice from girls, from 2005. Bought it for 1€, all I could find of it on the internet is a single german music website where its listed and an unavailable spotify link. The effort put into this cd pressing is noticeable, so it surprises me that the album seems to have been lost to time. I thought it would be interesting to share.

Can anyone help me ID this song posted over 8 years ago on WTZ.

Found on Watzatsong. OP did not provide enough info and does not reply to me. Said it was likely playing on some radio station, cut from a personal video he recorded a long time ago so the song is older than 8 years. He could not provided any additional info besides stating that he could not identify the lyrics which have been interpreted as "I had a lot of favorites, Is it time that's true, my heart...."

Many have pointed out it sounds like the singer of Everything but the girl, however, I have gone through an extensive search on the subject and could not find it.

If anyone has any idea it would be of great help.

[fully lost] "LIL LASAGNA", my younger brothers old SoundCloud

It has been over a year since my last post about LIL LASAGNA, and I thank everyone who helped look for the music. I thought I would make another post about it since it's been a year and nothing has been found. If that's not allowed than I apologize but we've really been wanting to hear some of the old songs, and were hoping this lost media case would reach more people who possibly have some archived. Also thank you to All Things Lost for having a LIL LASAGNA segment in your video, that was so cool to see.

We've pretty much tried everything, The Wayback Machine, Soulseek, Google Drive, you name it. Still nothing. The only hope left is that someone out there archived some of his songs.

Here is the old post for those unfamiliar:

>Basically his rapper name was LIL LASAGNA, and he was in a semi-successful meme record label called "Flex Entertainment". He always wore an Iron Man mask. I'm not looking for the songs that are easily findable on YouTube, this dude had ALBUMS on SoundCloud that are now deleted because everyone at school started calling him LIL LASAGNA. Me and him have been trying to find these songs for years now, because he deeply regrets deleting all of his songs and wants to laugh at them with me. All of his old phones that contain his music were broken or thrown away.

>I know there is a small possibility that someone on Reddit has archived a couple songs of his, because although he was not famous, he still had a small following and was in a semi-popular record label.

>I found this: https://web.archive.org/web/20210709201516/https://soundcloud.com/lillasagna/sets/my-beautiful-dark-twisted This is a completely lost album

>Other albums include: Sad Birthday, Money Man Vol. 1, Flexasaur, and LASAGNA EP. There's definitely more, but this is all he could remember. His favorite song was "Every Single Day", but that one is lost too.

This is not to be confused with the new artist with the same name who started making music around 2024, and he also never had a BandCamp account. Some more information is that he always wore an Iron Man mask in his music videos, and the mask was present in a couple album covers.

Electronic | 2009-‘13 | 10+ year mystery

This is going to be a hard one to solve, so sorry in advance. For years I’ve had a segment of a song stuck in my head, but I cannot remember who it was by. However, I recently listened to the band Audioslave’s song “Like a Stone” and a part of Tom Morellos guitar riff sounded very similar.

The song I am looking for is Electronic/Dubstep/EDM, but I’m not sure which specific sub genre it belongs to. It had to have been released between the years 2009 through 2013. The section of “Like a Stone” that sounds very similar to my mystery song is from the time stamp 2:58 through 3:32, but most especially from timestamp 3:14 to 3:25.

Please find this song, I have been searching for over 10 years now. I will link the music video to Like a Stone for direct reference to the timestamps I listed.

Help to identify this song "This is the Countdown" (2013?)

Originally from a movie called Cody the Robosapien (2013), according to the user CharlieU2B the song is heard several times through the movie, he tried to search the song anywhere in the internet (shazam for example) but he can't find it anywhere (since the movie has been pretty much forgotten by the public according to him)

Need Help Recalling The Name of My Favorite Dreamwave Song

This one has been bugging me for weeks now. I had been on a Dreamwave 80's synth kick a couple years back. One day, while listening to a Timecop 1983 inspired radio station, an amazing song came up that I played the heck out of. Unfortunately, I've since completely forgotten the name and artist of that song and it's killing me. I'm pretty sure it was not a Timecop 1984 song though.

The verses are mostly just a man's voice speech singing with heavy reverb. The chorus is much more distinct, and has a man and a woman singing something like this:

(Woman) Aaaah, Aaaah, Aaaah, something sooooomething

(Man in a lower octave) Aaaah, Aaaah, Aaaah, something sooooomething

(Woman again) Aaaaah, Aaaaah, Aaaah, Something sooooomething

(Man Again in the lower octave) Aaaaah, Aaaah, Aaaah, something sooooomething

This is followed by another verse of reverb lyrics. I've recorded my God awful attempt at humming the chorus below. Apologies in advance.

Finally, I remember that the cover art for the song was extremely neon pink, possibly with a person with sunglasses on? Not sure about that last part. AI has already failed spectacularly with this one. Does anyone here recognize this song?

I need help finding the authors of this cover.

It's a cover of an Ayesha song, the song "where u @", A friend told me about this topic, as she only found this video with a fragment of the song. She says that one of the authors is named "McKenzie" but we haven't been able to find anything else. The cover is lost and we haven't been able to find anyone who has it or knows of its existence. My friend told me that the cover had a picture of a girl with curly hair against a red background, It was on Spotify, but one day it just disappeared.

Please help me find the full song and the artists; my friend would be so happy ;).

Your Eyes recorded with 50hz power / Wait Forever maybe 60hz

You can get some info about what power source was used to record a song by checking for the electric hum around 50-60Hz which can be viewed with a some specific spectrogram checking. 60hz is mostly north america, 50hz is most of europe / asia with exceptions.

Checked using this software: https://www.reddit.com/r/Lostwave/s/LHNAXBtGVr

Your Eyes shows up clearly as 50hz.

Other lostwaves checked were Soon the Queen Will Come Your Way which also seemed to be 50hz (so not North America, which likely rules out Haack who was a possible author)

I couldn't get a good reading from Somewhere in the Night, but someone better at using the software might have a better chance

Wait Forever interestingly seems to be 60hz (so possibly North America despite sounding so European). More detail in discord.

90's / 2000s ethereal, Portishead-esque female vocalist; "Somebody loves me / somewhere / somebody cares / somebody loves me / someone who's there"

Very indie. It was posted in a mixtape on a private forum with like 20 users and I lost the file more than a decade ago. The vocals were a female vocalist, singing "Somebody loves me (somewhere)" repeatedly.

It went;

*Somebody loves me (somewhere), Somebody cares

Somebody loves me, someone who's there*

Sang very slowly. Female vocalist. 90s sounding. Beatless, just drones and floating synth noises and vocals (if I remember correctly). Had the vibe of, but wasn't, Life In Mono; (Early) Portishead; Love Spirals Downwards; Massive Attack. The kind of sound you'd get in a Luc Besson movie. Or over the credits of something like Amelie.

Apparently those lyrics are also in some Drake intro. It's definitely not that!!

possibly 2000's - early 2010s maybe rock related song

Found this song on a youtube meme compilation and I've used everything from google chrome extensions, shazam, multiple music identification sites and can't find the full song so I've resorted to posting it here.

Lil Rob - what can I do (no rapping?)

This ones literally driving me mad. I used to have a copy somewhere of the backing sample track Lil Rob uses in his song “what can I do” without him rapping over it and it’s completely disappeared from the internet it seems. Does anyone know if the instrumental (for want of a better word) is out there?
