Harney-Lastoka Trail still closed?

Last time I rode the Coal Creek Trail (a few weeks ago), the leg that connects to the Harney-Lastoka trail and park was barricaded. Anyone know if it's still closed and when it might reopen?

That is by far the safest way to bike into downtown Louisville from Broomfield/Erie, so it'd be nice to see it open again soon.

Boulder woman loots micro bakery farm stand in Loveland.

A woman was recorded looting the farmstand TWICE and driving away in her Land Rover in Loveland. The owner of Gone Astray Goods posted videos of the theft on her business Instagram and Facebook pages.

Hopefully by identifying her we can prevent further thefts from our small business owners.

BOULDER COUNTY SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE.

Help get me on the ballot!

Hey friends,

I'm your candidate for the RTD Board of Directors here in Boulder County (District O). I'm running because I ride RTD every single day and remember when things used to work better than they do today. I know RTD can do better when they're held accountable: RTD can build NW rail, RTD can run more airport buses, and RTD's best plan for a tough financial future begins with restoring trust in the taxpayer.

I live right here in Louisville near Harper Lake (you can catch me on the DASH and the 228!)

You can find out more about my campaign on my website and on my AMA on r/boulder from January.

Here's where I need your help: I need to gather 250 valid in-district signatures from registered voters to get on the ballot for November. You can sign up to volunteer to gather signatures at an upcoming event, or I'm happy to walk your neighborhood with you and get signatures with all your neighbors (DM me and we can arrange it!).

If you don't have the time to help gather a packet, please DM me and I'll get your signature at your convenience!

Thanks,

Jack

Racist Posters around town

Keep your eye out for someone(s) putting up posters and stickers around town. I was taking my dogs out tonight around 10:30 and noticed someone suspiciously hanging around the utility box for the intersection in front of the sports complex on 42. Very easy to tear off when the glue is still wet.

JAMES HAS BEEN FOUND AND IS SAFE!!!!!! THANK YOU TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT HELPED THESE LAST 5 DAYS. <3

Too many people to thank but I hope you all know who you are. I can't believe James survived the snowstorm, coyotes superior animal control scared off from hunting her and the roads from Louisville to Superior over the last 5 days. What a crazy story and what a trooper she was to survive.

Thank you all so much again.

Edit: I'd be remiss to not use my platform and mention u/NadiaColorado and her missing cat, Soup. I was blessed enough to have all the help and support to find James and just want to highlight finding or looking or updating whatever it may be her missing cat, Soup.
