“RRR” outdo survived some gnarly winds this weekend! 💪

Hey all, here is a pic of my new plant (photo, not auto). Planted it about 2.5 weeks ago and it has been growing like crazy. I have trimmed a bunch of the big fan leaves as I have been going but it just keeps fluffing out and it quite thick. Any grooming/ trimming tips?

All Taproots popped and planted! Finally growing authentic genetics this run and I couldn't be more excited. 4x2 just came in and I moved into it a few days ago! Day 33 flower, started under 12/12 from seed!

Morning everyone! Yesterday was boys “DAY” out at the uptown vfw (all ages afternoon matinee show what?!?! 🤯 who remembers the foxfire lounge?) and tour kickoff for Nehemiah and harvest on the road to Hellfest! Made some infused blunts, cannagars, and about 9 distillate soaked joints for the hangs. Cannagar and blunts soaked in Oreo badder live resin from true north (mi) and the joints soaked in a big ass tub of runtz distillate, then coated in some forum cut Girl Scout cookies kief. Blue jealousy from a homie for the cannagar, blunt made out of melted strawberries grown by onebat from GG from a clone provided by yours truly, and another blunt made from rude prez og. Joints were a combination of melted strawberries, blue jealousy, some sour d, rude prez og, sr71 purple kush, and some marathon og.

Music provided by the homies in harvest, cobra czar, and Nehemiah, and some younger bands named everyone takes one, identity crisis, and rewind. Apologies to the young bands, I didn’t grab your pics.

The organizers vision for this show was: the past, the present, and future. An absolutely awesome concept to showcase and highlight Minneapolis’s emerging and established talents! Harvest opened to bring in the people, and the kids wasted no time getting to business and went apeshit. I love seeing what the scene has become and what it stands for and especially with all the new youngins that are hungry for life in general. Great smoke sesh’s both on the front patio and the back lot. (Don’t worry no kids allowed there)

Watching the community come together like this is strange sense of nostalgia, sentimentalism, and optimism for the future of Minneapolis. Love to see it and gives me some warm fuzzies inside.

What products and treatment schedules do you use for your outdoor grows here in MN? Last year, I got ate up by aphids and caterpillars during flower. This year, I started off with spider mites. I hit em with some neem oil for now and that seems to be working, but the organic product I used last year (don't recall the name of it) didn't seem to do much for the aphids and cats during flower.

Looking for suggestions from those that have had successful outdoor grows here in MN.

This is my first ever grow. Purchased these seeds in 2023 and had been sitting on them (Royal Gorilla).

Fully outdoors, using hot soil and potting soil. Purchased dry sift screen set and a press.

I started with 15 seeds, lost 2 as seedlings and have 7 plants remaining. First three are what appear to be the strongest at this point. Looking forward to my first harvest!
