Why do I see Macos Sequoia brightness controls on Macos 27.0.1????
Did anyone else see this on their macs?
UPDATE: This is not a MacOs Bug but rather coming from a recent update of a brightness control app called MonitorControl (used for controlling external monitor's brightness)

Anyone else seeing huge Safari CPU spikes on macOS 27/27.0.1?
On my new Mac mini, any webpage with video can push total CPU usage in Activity Monitor to 40–70% and even kick the fan on. Chrome/Brave playing the same type of video stays around 3–7%.
No extensions installed. Feels like a Safari/WebKit video decode or GPU/compositing regression. I'm done with Safari until they fix will just use Brave.

Why the same problems over and over again?
Wi-Fi is really shitty again and Apple will probably never fix the USB problems, I think!
But the Winowos Aero Reboot, i.e. glass, looks a little better now...
