I purchased the Darkwater warhammer Quest box when it came out and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve played some 40K but mostly killteam but I really wanted to expand into AOS, with owning the darkwater contents and rotmire creed I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on other units to get for the army and some general tips on getting started with AOS. It would be greatly appreciated I’m pretty lost.😅 Also how good is a glotkin? That model looks absolutely sick

Hey just got the bleakhost spearhead 2nd hand. Im familiar with old world and 40k, but new to Aos. Are there any specifics that need to be kept in mind when building these units? I know they have command groups, but do the blight lords have specific weapon sets? Do shields matter?

I’ve been painting some of the minis for a year now and have been debating if I should actually play the game but wondering if maggotkin is a good army for someone who’s never played before thoughts?

Also is there a website that can help me set up a beginner army if I do go for it?

I filmed every display from my local Armies on Parade 2025 event, so this video includes all 31 competition entries before taking a closer look at my own Death Guard board, which was lucky enough to win 1st Place.

There were some fantastic armies on display, with loads of inspiring painting, terrain and conversion work. I thought it would be great to share the whole event rather than just the winning board, and I'd love to know which display was your favourite.

Hi everyone,

I'm starting slowly into a Grandfather Gifty army (blessed be his putrescence !). I'm start low with a 1k army, is it playable ? My opponents (we play chill, no competitive) play Skaven, Soulblight, Stormcast, sometimes Ossiarch. Not so much daemons, I prefer the looks of the Rotbringers units.

Rotsword, Blightking and Sloven knight, can their kits be quite varied ? At least to make two boxes of them with differences. Also do they fit well on square bases ? I'd like to use them in old world too.

Im fairly new to AOS and the Maggotkin faction (mostly a 40k player). I started collecting models this year (bought the battleforce and spearhead boxes) and my friend invited me to a 2k pt game. As such, I would like to know what list I can build using what I currently have.:
