I play video games on PC and Xbox — I’m currently playing Palworld, Starsand Island, but I also like Assassin’s Creed and Tomb Raider and many other games. I’m open to most games, especially co-op, but I’m not really into competitive shooters.
I also love board games like Stardew Valley: The Board Game and Discworld: Ankh-Morpork.
Outside of gaming, I’m really into Space, History, Mythology, and learning in general. I can happily lose hours in Museums or Watching Documentaries on pretty much any topic.
Music-wise, I’m a big fan of 90s pop and rock, and I also love bardcore. I’ll give most things a chance, but rap and R&B aren’t really my thing.
I enjoy TV shows like Foundation, The Devil’s Hour, and even lighter stuff like 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
For movies, I like a mix of genres — The Matrix and A Fish Called Wanda are favourites, but I’m not into horror.
I also enjoy casual hiking (especially the Lake District), Crafts like Diamond Painting, Paint by numbers, and I’ve recently started Soldering.
Reading – If I get some free time, I enjoy getting lost in a good book (Ready Player One, The Lord of the Rings, and others).
What I’m looking for:
I’d love to find someone who actually wants to chat and get to know each other, rather than things stopping after a few messages or days. Maybe down the line we could play some games together or send the odd voice clip on Discord once we’re comfortable.

Im currently a forensics student starting their 3rd year, i really enjoy my course and with any luck ill be doing a job working in a forensics lab or working on crime scenes, ive also done a good bit of biomed when I used to live up in Coventry ~2018. I love to hear about people's interests and aspirations, learning about people and their different backgrounds can be really exciting and you can learn so much too!
I have also got a lot of experience building computers and doing tech support as a freelancer, i really enjoy my computer games and have also spent a good time on discord too, though socialising on there can often go one way or another, things stick or dont last long at all. I really love my animals, ive had a lot of pets over the year and currently have a corgi, hes a little old man, but really sweet.

Hi! I’ve reached that very adult stage of life where making new friends seems to require either joining a running club or repeatedly kidnapping the same extrovert until they adopt you.

- I work in the charity world, mainly around projects, systems, governance and solving problems that nobody realised existed until they became my problem.
- I speak Welsh and English, although sarcasm is probably my most fluent language.

- I enjoy gaming — mostly Call of Duty, played enthusiastically but without any troubling level of competence.

I’m equally happy discussing something meaningful, helping untangle a problem, exchanging pictures of badly behaved pets, or receiving a message that simply says, “You will not believe what has happened now.”
I don’t expect constant replies or instant responses. Life happens, social batteries run out and sometimes a message gets mentally answered but never actually typed. I’m looking for the sort of friendship where that’s understood, but where both people still make an effort and gradually get to know one another.
