Recently a very interesting video was posted on this sub, talking about how much milk could Psylocke produce. Instantly i needed to know how much semen could futa version of Sai produce but unfortunately despite best intentions of other sub members i couldn't get an answer.
So i calculated it.
Average man(in this case a futanari) produces around 2-5 ml of semen per ejaculation and 100-200 million individual precious sperms. With each ejaculation in a day volume and sperm count decreases.
Now where does that put Psylocke?
We need to consider few things about her first. Penis size does not affect it all, however testicle size does, and i am quite sure she must be packing both dick and balls size. So we can say she already is not on lower end of sperm production. Healthy and active lifestyle also affect sperm count positively and Sai is indeed living an active lifestyle. It is up to debate if it's healthy but let's assume it is. Her age is also a positive factor regarding sperm count. Now last thing. Marvel Rivals iteration of Sai comes from feudal japan which is basically medieval times. And we all know that sperm production in humans is getting worse and worse. We can conclude that Sai sperm count could be even bigger than a futanaris from modern times with exact same lifestyle.
So, conclusion.
We can consider 2 cases.

1. Proper scientific case. Given data gathered it is most likely that Sai is on higher end of human sperm production. We could say she is in a top. Putting her in around 5 ml ejaculation with sperm count reaching 200 sperms. Each further ejaculation during a day will be smaller by roughly 30% or so. Given that Sai's stamina is very high she could maybe ejaculate 10 times a day. Making the final amount of semen around:
   -15 ml per day, containing roughly 600 million sperms.
   -105 ml per week
   -420 ml per month
   -5 Liters of semen yearly
2. Gooner estimate. We all know that most works depicting Rivals girls as futas are of pornographic nature. And authors of said works are very generous when it comes to ejaculation volume. By visual estimate i came to conclusion that every amount calculated in 1st case can be easily multiplied by 10 times. Leaving us with
   -150 ml per day
   -1+ L per week
   -4+ L per month
   -50+ L per year

I hope I satisfied curiosity of all of you. Personally i am a fan of case number 2.
