Lots of girls have moved up since my last post, i've done some research and my overall conclusion is that most girls here are at least at top human level which MUST include their dick sizes.

-Peni:
No.

-Luna Snow:
I believe Luna is small. Very small, she just embodies small dick energy to me. Besides that, I have strong personal bias against her. Fuck Luna.

-Jubilee:
I think Jubilee is just average for an Asian futa, she has no powers that would enable her any growth nor does she enbody small or big dick energy. She is confident in what she has. I know she is a vampire in rivals however vampirism doesn't seem to physically alter body in that regard. At best she could maybe turn into a bat with huge dick

-Psylocke:
While i have nothing backing this up i believe Psylocke is slightly above average. She has that cool, level-headed personality that might hint at her being bigger than expected.

-Squirrel Girl:
Now before some of you crucify me i believe SG is average... at length. I think her girth is absolutely insane, once she's inside someone they quickly forget all about the length and focus on the insane stretch her dick provides.

-White Fox:
To put it simply, big dick energy. Didn't come up with anything else

-Invisible woman
Sue must be big, not huge but definitely big. Another one that just has big dick energy.

-Elsa Bloodstone
Now i believe we're coming to the first girl whoose powers altered her size just a little bit. While bloodstone gem doesn't alter physical appearence Elsa does have superhuman reflexes, speed and durability. I think besides all that one small gift that gem granted her is enchanced blood flow into her dick making it appear larger. I mean, bloodstone, bloodflow. You get it.

-Jean Grey:
Normally i would put Jean way lower HOWEVER this is Rivals Jean we're talking about and she seems to be very in tune with Phoenix Force. And what does Phoenix Force grant her? Reality manipulation. I think girl like Jean would surely make herself larger but not TOO large to not hurt Scotts ego.

-Black Cat:
Now what does make Felicia huge? She's just build that way. huge confidence, huge assets, huge dick. I considered if her powers would affect it but i came to conclusion that she doesn't really makes herself lucky, she makes everyone around herself unlucky.

-Mantis:
After reading through clusterfuck of Mantis' wiki page i decided that she must have huge dick. "Just" huge. While she has some weirdo powers that let her control her own bodily functions(besides other weirdo powers) she doesn't have anything that would let her alter her dick size directly. She's just built different(in a lot of ways tbh)

Magik:
-Confident, cool(in rivals) and scary. While Illyana has access to sorcery allowing her to manipulate matter I strongly believe she is that big naturally.

-Hela:
As others pointed out in comments under my previous tierlist-HELA IS A GODDESS. Which means she has a Goddess body which surely affects her dick size. Her godhood must be humongous.

-Dagger:
Easily most controvertial placement. Why the hell is Tandy so high? Well, let me explain. Her powers are all about being an avatar of 'Living Light', light and life force intertwined known as lightforce. She produces it passively and she will literally explode all over the city if she doesn's use her powers regularly(it's on wiki page, REALLY). And i think all gooners here can agree which body part is all life and would be most affected about prolonged storage of lightforce.

-Emma:
One particular comment from somewhere stuck to me. Emma is all about confidence and how she appears to others BUT she MUST have something to back it all up. She is humongous, but not yet making it into monstrous category.

-Scarlet Which:
Wanda moved up from 1-2 tier to 13+?? Yes and let me explain why. I admit i was unfamiliar with her game last time. I believe she would be quite big, maybe even huge, but that's not yet quite monstrous yes? BUT Wanda just like Jean can alter reality. And unlike Jean i think she has no problems with making herself much bigger than her partner.

-Black Widow:
I think i placed Natasha in correct tier last time, it was 6-8. So why is she in 13+ now? Well we're talking about rivals iteration of Natasha. The one that got super soldier serum and I AM SURE that since she doesn't have similar physique like Cap, it all must've all went into her dick. How big she is exactly? Too big for you.

-Storm:
Big dick energy, big dick genetics. What else to say? Obvious placement.

-Lady Loki:
As many pointed out Loki is a shapeshifter. She can have any size she wants but i am sure she at least keeps herself lager than Hela and Thor to troll a little.

-Rogue:
Everyones favorite southern belle. I firmly believe she is that huge just by pure vibes she gives of. Moreover i believe she is THE BIGGEST naturally. No powers needed, no magik, no shape-shifting. Poor Gambit...

-Angela:
Built like a brickwall in every single way. She is monstrous and a monstrous buttom for Sera.

-Galacta:
My brother... She is planet size, her dick is not measured in inches, it's measured in miles. Pray she doesn't(or does if you're into that) cum on Earth or we'll have biblical flood, though this time it'd be more sticky.
