I love it already!!
The one thing i vividly remember from the classic cartoon is that Cringer is a coward. He’s scared of basically everything. When Prince Adam turns into He-Man, Cringer turns into Battle Cat, the fearless and an armored beast.
From the trailers, so far it looks like a background CGI character. I really need the Cringer being a coward, at least once. Because that was one of the best parts of the original cartoon.
From Brian May doing guitar on the main theme ala the Flash Gordon soundtrack to now The Darkness literally singing “Masters of the Universe.” What a time to be an 80’s fan!!! Flash Gordon is for me one of the best soundtracks. ‘Football Fight,’ is tough as hell! Couldn’t be any happier for this pairing. I hope Justin Hawkins lets it just RIP with a guitar solo

Has anyone read the latest issue number 5? I'm curious to see the the new artist on this book. For those who are unsure of what this is. It is the continuation of the run that started with the first 4 issues called The Sword of Flaws. I'm excited to see where his goes especially with new art directionm in hope this series continue la for a long time.. if anyone has read it please drop me a review of what your opinion is on this issue and this new series overall, soilers are fine by me. I'll read it anyway and most likely be content even if spoilers are let out. I'm just having a hard time locating a physical copy. If there was anyway to download anodf or cbz/cdr file then let me know where I can find it for download. I'm feel like that then new artist starting in this issue from the looks of it so far will be doing exceptionally nice illustration representations ofnoir beloved Eternia character and i just can't wait to read this and hope to get a copy within this week. Please feel free to add insights on tehngoodnthe bad and the ugly. All comments positive and negative are welcome. I was lucky enough to score a Skeletor from Kohl’s that isn’t falling apart due to QC issues!
Went to Cinemark and saw the greyskull castle and it was only $45 bucks I had to scoop it also went to go get some groceries at Walmart and decided to go to the toy section and bammm new masters of the universe figures everywhere!!! So happy I was able to find Skeletor since everyone been finding him at target
Had a lot of fun celebrating my wife’s bday at the WA Toy Show a few weeks ago.
We also arrived later in the day, so got a lotta great bundle deals!

I have a younger kid who I'm dying to take to the film when it comes out, but my wife is a little concerned about the PG-13 rating. Any chance someone can fill us uptight parents in on the language and violence content? I imagine it's mostly fantasy violence, but if he comes home with nightmares from something gory or picks up some new vocab words, I'll be in trouble. Thanks!
Edit: Clarified to make it clear my wife and I are happily married (she just isn't interested in seeing the movie).
Eleven days ago I posted about my new Chronicles Skeletor coming out of the package with a leg that popped off at the joint and a frozen elbow. I returned it and found him and He-Man online a few days later. Got them both today and the disappointment continues.
Skeletor’s leg was fine but first arm bend and the peg in the arm broke. I set him down after that and took a break. Then I picked up He-Man.
Looking over the figure in package he seemed to be in good shape but noticed the cross on his armor is popping out on one side. Didn’t even open him.
I have collected the Masterverse line since it started in 2021. Have over two dozen figures and no problems with them. No frozen or broken joints, no loose pieces, just really solid figures. Feels like Chronicles is a step backwards in quality.
Don’t think I can buy any more of this line. Maybe I’ll try again when they put out the next wave but I’m not sure.
Here’s to hoping the movie is better than the toy line made to support it.

As the title says. Do the basic figures have swappable parts like Origins?
I grabbed the four pack of MOTU core series figures from Amazon and I have to say that the muted colors and wash they put on He-Man really make a difference! This thing looks fantastic! I'm probably going to get the Chronicles figure just because I can't pass up He-Man figures but this thing would be enough to make me happy even if those higher end figures didn't exist.
There was an entry on the calendar for today, so I was stalking Mattel. It's not on the front page, but it shows up in the store.
