Met My favourite cutie in Raman Reti

There’s something incredibly pure about the elephant at Raman Reti.

In a place filled with Krishna’s childhood memories and sacred sand, she stands quietly with so much grace and innocence. Every evening during aarti, watching her bow with such calm devotion feels surreal.

No words no noise

Just faith innocence and love

Sometimes devotion doesn’t need language

Sometimes even the purest prayers come from silent hearts

She isn’t just an elephant at Raman Reti

She feels like family to Braj

Radhe Radhe 🙏

Mathura museum, a must visit spot.

I don't understand why it's so less visited by the people. It has collections, pertaining to the infamous mathura art school. Someone who loves history would understand what I'm talking about. Reasons why you should visit.

A) less crowded.

B) it's a MUSEUM!!!

C) now if you're a resident you would find this point interesting, Archives are sourced from places like dhauli pyau, ramanlal school, sonkh road, bhuteshwar temple and the provenance mentions the same.

D) adult ticket - just 5 rupees

E) since it's in dampier nagar, you can plan a day out followed by cafes.

Help Me Find a Boy I Met on a Train Near mathura junction

Help Me Find a Boy I Met on a Train (16 May 2026)

On 16 May 2026, I was travelling with my family. You were travelling in the general coach with your friends and carrying a blue bag.

Throughout the journey, our eyes met countless times. We kept looking at each other, but neither of us could say a word.

When the train stopped at Mathura Junction around 1:00 AM, my family and I got down. You got down too.

Even after getting off the train, you stayed there. You waited. You came behind us, trying again and again to find a moment to talk to me or give me your number. But I was surrounded by my family, and there was never a chance for either of us. In the end, we had to leave without saying a single word.

Maybe you don't even remember that night anymore, but I still do.

If this is you, please message me.

I've been trying to find you ever since.

Becafe, at the filling station

Have you guys tried this place, Be cafe ? It's just so cute. I'm recommending this because I don't want it to be closed any time soon. All while Realising that the chances of it getting shut are pretty high due to lack of commotion.

My interest aside, the place is decent, not a lot of people around good ambience, definitely a must check out if you like trying out different coffees !

Stop Treating This Sub Like a Friendship or Dating App.

Guys, this is a Mathura subreddit not Tinder, Bumble, or a “I’m lonely, let’s be friends” group.

Keep the feed about the city places, food, eventsrecommendations, news, or literally anything related to Mathura.

And please, stop sliding into random people’s DMs just because they posted here. A post isn’t an invitation to chat.
Let’s keep the sub about Mathura not friend hunting.

Hathras peeps

Hi. I am making this post to invite the hathras crowd to the officially ACTIVE sub reddit of the city.

I had always been on and off of reddit but never thought to look up my own city's name (hathras). Until I did. And that's when I found a subreddit which was BARELY active.

I could've started posting on it but it felt like the direction i would've liked taking the subreddit in, wouldn't align with what the owner would've wanted.

That is why I made a separate sub.

My main focus for the subreddit is to bring people together. Have a community. Not to say that you can't be part of some other communities, but i felt like our own city deserved it as well.

Also, I have no friends in hathras, even though i grew up in this city.

So join in. Post. Get your friends to join. Talk about things.
