I’m opening up a limited number of spaces for online fitness/bodybuilding coaching in the run-up to Christmas.
Quick disclaimer because it’s Reddit this isn’t AI-generated routines and guidance. I’m a genuine local person with around 20 years of bodybuilding and weight-training experience, looking to take on a small number of people who actually want to make progress.
The important bit: I’m looking for people willing to commit.
You don’t need to be fit already. You don’t need a perfect diet. You definitely don’t need to live in the gym.
But you do need to be prepared to follow the plan, be honest with your check-ins, put the work in and give me something to work with. If adherence slips, we’ll figure out why and adjust — but if you’re looking for a magic fix without changing anything, this probably isn’t for you.
Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, getting stronger or simply getting back into decent shape, I’ll tailor everything around you.
