Megadeth just cancelled their concert in Lisbon July 5th

Still no reason, but after 30 minutes from the time they should've started, the venue said it was cancelled.

Still no reasons.

Edit technical reasons beyound their control. They just released a statement.

I got hugged by a semi. I need to resurrect my baby.

On Oct 1st last year a Semi decided I needed a hug and turned into me.

After a pole vaulting trophy and someone singing "Staying Alive" while I laid down for a while, followed by some wee woo, then some pokey, stitchy, blood stoppy and someone yelling "CLEAR", I got to whoop whoop 5 hours away to more pokey, stichey, blood stoppey with added nuts and bolts, I'm mobile-ish now.

I got my ride home. She's like me. Damaged but resurrect-able.

I need forks, suspension, radiator, handle bars, blinkers, headlight and bucket, controls. Maybe some other odds and ends.

Anyone have some good places to find what I need? I've been hunting around but some of the prices are obscene. Like, price of the whole bike or a new engine obscene. It doesn't need to be painted, I'm going to redo my original custom style. Bare metal is fine. Thanks for your help!

Dave Mustaine hints at a massive July announcement in pre-show Istanbul interview: "It's out of this world, I gave you a clue right there

This interview was conducted just hours before the Istanbul show on June 23 and published yesterday. The interviewer is Turkish so it has flown under the radar despite the conversation being in English.
Two things worth noting: Mustaine reveals that the three-year tour was already booked before the farewell decision was made ("we had a three-year tour that had been booked... at the end of the tour I would decide whether I wanted to carry on"), which puts a different spin on the whole "farewell" framing.
He also explains that setlists are built each morning by comparing the previous show at that venue against the most recent show, deliberately rotating songs to avoid repetition across dates.

The other moment worth clipping is around 31:00, where he teases a "massive" announcement coming in July and immediately adds: "It's out of this world, I gave you a clue right there." He told Metal Hammer back in November that he wants the final show to be on the Moon, so draw your own conclusions.

Any guesses why most of TSTDATD was never performed live?

Setlist.fm has it ranked near the bottom for the number of tour plays, above only Supercollider, and that's mostly just because of We'll Be Back. I'm very surprised they never played Life in Hell, Nightstalkers, or Dogs of Chernobyl. I've wondered if Dave wasn't happy with how the album turned out -- I can't imagine why else they wouldn't feature it more.
