I only vaguely understand Neptune's. Maybe responsibility that she feels flooded with? The others are straight forward - loneliness, lost childhood, and isolation.
Sailor Mercury's loneliness. Her parents are divorced, with her father is out of the country and mother being busy with work. Not to mention her being misunderstood by per peers due to the burden of being a genius, being viewed as arrogant and stuck up (and a bit shy), even eating lunch alone.
Sailor Pluto's isolation. Being defined by her eternal duty as the solitary guardian of the Space-Time Door. Spending countless millenaia, bound by strict rules and a lack of contact.
Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn's lost childhood. They both share the experiences of missing out on a conventional childhood.
