Lumiere Silvamillion Clover

So I’m Twitter, and I see this image. I’m wondering who the character is, and think it’s Noelle with short hair or her mother.

Then I translate the tweet, and see it’s Lumiere. Then I read out his full name, “Lumiere Silvamillion Clover.” I am now just realizing that he is probably related to both the Silva and Vermilion lines. Thinking more upon it, I assume they were one family 500 years ago line, before splitting and becoming one once more with Mimosa's parents getting married again?
