I was 15 when I watched black clover and now I'm 21 am I an unc over here

basically the title. I can't wait for the new episodes though. What's funny is when I was 15 I had a huge crush on Leopold. I rewatched the anime this year, and I can't help but feel weird lol, but this time I was like wowwwwwwww Leopold you go kid. Suddenly I am finding Sukehiro very "YAMYYYYYYYYY"......he's 28 and surely by the end he should be 29/30?

I know I'll have ennemies about that, but I don't care

so, since the second season of Black Clover is coming in october, I rewatch the anime, and I must say, ELVES ARC IS PEAK and it's not even close, even the two manga arcs still unadapted aren't that good it's just way too good, the plot, the fights, the emotions, nah it's too much

If Asta had Medea (Fate series) as a servant how do you think they would interact with each other?

Yes yes I know that Asta having a servant is an Oxymoron due to the fact he doesn't have magic but just ignore that.
Lets just say in a hypothetical holy grail war Asta gets the servant Caster Medea (which is lowkey kinda ironic). How do you think they would interact with each other, would they get along? what would they talk about? where would they have disagreements in? would one try to betray the other? etc

How does Saint stage work on devil hosts?

So I'm an anime only who doesn't care about spoilers and I've heard of noelles Saint stage which apparently

Purifies malice and can destroy devils. To those who have read the manga does Saint stage act as like holy water or smth that is naturally harmful to devils or allows the user to legitimately harm or kill the devil. And how does it interact with devils inside a host. Like if an attack hit asta would liebe straight up die cause he is a low ranking devil(im assuming he isn't made up of anti magic).

Restam dúvidas?

Com certeza esse é o melhor casal do anime! Pode haver outros pares mas pra mim esse é o principal acima de todos!

Does anyone else hate Charmy and Grey?

their personalities piss me off so much and charmy is actually OP but does absolutely nothing but eat 99% of the time and grey is so insecure and always crying/ chittering. maybe i would like them more if i read the manga but jesus they are portrayed so poorly in the show.

I know I'm very late but HERES MY BC GRID ‼️

Hallo! Very late to the trend I know (I've been busy with school don't at me 💔) but ever since I've finally caught up on Black Clover I've really wanted to do one of these grids and I've finally managed to make one! :D

The first one is a joke grid btw, the second one is my ACTUAL grid

Astessa

If I had a fan-fiction, it would be Astessa

She is older than him, younger than Sister Lily, though. Asta compliments and says he's never seen her look that good when she dressed up as a nun.

Their teamwork is awesome, and they share a lot of time together on the battlefield. More than Magna, Luck, Noelle, Charmy, Gauche, Nacht, Zora, Finral, Grey, Gordan, Nero, and Henry.

She is sweet and funny!

Even Vanessa was willing to sacrifice her freedom for Asta. And Asta was willing to fight the Witch Queen for Vanessa. ❤️

The only reason the Witch Queen did it after Noelle said something was because she didn't want to listen to her simp about it for 100+ episodes.💀

What Stories or Concepts from BLACK CLOVER you Wanna See Expanded On?

That is my Question

BLACK CLOVER has a lot of story ether explained in flashback & then barely touched on outside of important moments were Shonen Power-up is needed or to explain the craziness that happening now

So got me thinking what Stories or Concerts you wanna see expanded upon & what do you think should be explored ad. How would it tie to the present day story for future stories in the universe

How would you do. Lost Tales of the BLAQK CLOVER Universe?

Please put Spoiler Bars on any Manga Spoilers

Might be a dumb question but ...?

As we know Jack can adapt to anything and then can slice it, so can he adapt anti magic

I mean I know anti magic nullify mana but what if jack magic adapt in a way when before asat nullify any mana of the attack it hit him?

This almost feels unreal

When I saw this notification pop up on my phone I thought I was dreaming. It’s been such a long wait but I know it will be worth it. Who’s going to rewatch before the new season? I can’t wait to see how the Spade arc turns out. I hope to see more from Yuno and I can’t wait to hear Asta scream in my ear.

Recently finished black clover anime. It felt that i was watching tug of war between peak and mid(read body)🍀

Recently watched Black Clover, and I honestly cannot understand how I have some issues with the show but, at the same time, binge-watched it in seven days. 170 episodes in seven days. I had a few things that I liked about it and a few things that I didn't.

Things I Liked

The Story

The story is, without a doubt, actually quite interesting. At first, you have these mini-mission-type arcs, but then you get the Eye of the Midnight Sun, the Elf Reincarnation arc, and eventually the Spade Kingdom arc. They are all extremely interesting.

Characters

Yami was by far my favorite character. Any episode that contained Yami was genuinely a 10/10 for me. I also liked Asta. Yuno I'm like, I feel decent. The other cast also kind of feels great.

Things I Didn't Like

The Backstories

Sometimes the backstories work. But almost every character—and Black Clover has a lot of characters—has a backstory involving pain. After a point, you just kind of sit down and think, "Yeah, just tell your backstory." It feels very repetitive.

The same goes for some tropes and jokes. Noelle making the same gag about Asta, about not being affected by Asta, about not caring about Asta—it is funny a few times. But after a while, you just find it annoying.

And the less I say about Yuno's spirit magic, the better. She's genuinely annoying.

Forced Comedy

Now, the issue isn't with comedy. When there is a time and place to add comedy, it is genuinely funny. Black Clover has had some extremely hilarious moments.

The issue is when there is an intense scene going on. A scene is very intense. You are waiting, fully pumped up, and then one guy starts cracking a joke. You bear it. Then another starts cracking a joke. You still bear it. Then they keep cracking jokes. After a point, you are genuinely frustrated because the situation is right in front of you.

I don't remember the episodes and all, but there were certain times when the episode has stopped at a cliffhanger. The stakes are all high. But the first seven or eight minutes of the show are literally random jokes from the characters. It breaks the momentum and, honestly, it is genuinely frustrating.

Never in my life have I ever muted an anime episode. But I had to mute this because it was so unbearably cringe.

Final Verdict

Finally, I would simply say that Yami was the best character in this series.

If the series reduced its comedy, especially the forced comedy, it could be really great. And it is still great. I will still consider Black Clover a really great anime.

But it is not for everyone, and you generally need some patience to watch it.
