Hello everyone.

Recently we had a post that was crossposted from a hostile sub, and that brought in a bunch of antis and some reports to this sub. Additionally, making negative cross-posts like this could get us into other major trouble.

So I ask that in the future, do NOT directly crosspost from subs like these or do negative crossposts.

You should instead screenshot the post (so that it isn't directly linked to our sub) and make sure to censor/redact the subreddit name and any usernames in the picture. This is what a lot of other subs employ, and we will do the same.

The discussion itself was fine, but just don't make posts in this way. For the safety of the sub, I will add a new rule to enforce this change so that we don't endanger the sub like this in the future. Any future posts that have this will be taken down until they fit the rule of only being pictures (without any sub names or usernames).
