Tapered planchet or counterfeit? 1998-s proof commemorative silver dollar

Purchased at LCS last Friday at spot ($45.68). When I got home, I noticed the capsule wasn’t closing properly on one side, so I opened it and that’s when I noticed its thickness is uneven! I weighed it, and it comes in light, at 26.4g.

I’m going to get it tested at the LCS to be sure it’s 90% silver, but do we think this is a planchet error or a counterfeit?

Is this worth anything I got it out of the cash machine today and I know that printing errors can sometimes be worth a lot.

Weird bulge on quarter

I found this quarter, and there’s a weird bulge on just one side. The other side looks fine, I’ll be at a little beaten up. Is this on lamination error or did this happen during processing? This is an error or is this just damaged to the quarter? The bulge is about a 1/32” -1/16” or 1-1.5mm tall.

1999 Delaware, not a spitting horse but a different Die error I think.

Hi all, I didn’t see any mentions of a die error other than the spitting horse. Thoughts if it’s real or other damage?

Mint Error?

New to this, I need help on identifying what this error would be? I would greatly appreciate any opinions and suggestions you may have.
