Is it too late to drop out now? 🥲 This semester really fucked me up

Kind of a dumb question but do professors really care about your attendance or skipping classes? I mean i show up to all the quizzes and exams and do well but the fact that they take attendance makes me a little concerned is there something they could do with that? (I know it varies from class to class but my syllabus doesnt mention anything about attendance)

I’m just wondering if anyone knows how priority registration works? How much priority do continuing students get? Hoping to get classes next year that I might not be able to secure this year so thinking of doing a few other classes in hopes to get priority next time.

I’m just making a post to see if anyone has experienced something similar. My goal is to do the Histotech program AA at Mt Sac. My registration date was May 13th but before I even got a chance to register all the seats + waitlist was full. My question is do you think I have a chance of getting into the class? I’m waiting until jun 12 to see if maybe someone doesn’t pay their fees on time & gets dropped & maybe I’m able to secure a seat this way? I also got all my general Ed done at a different community college so there are no extra classes I “need”. Thanks for the input

I might (hopefully) get presidents list this semester and it would be my first time, what do you usually get if achieved?

I'm a concurrent enrollment student trying to take classes online for this summer term. This is my first time applying so I may be making an error, but I'm really confused and need help to see how to access the portal. I tried to log in using the username given like the format jmountaineer that I was emailed when admitted, and then I used the password that it gives when entering information in the claim account for first time users. However, it keeps telling me I'm using the wrong username/password. I also tried to reset the password by email using the username, but I'm not getting any emails. I tried switching browsers too and nothing changed. I'm really worried because the semester's ending, and I can't figure out how to access my portal! I sent an email to IT, but they haven't responded yet.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Hi guys might be a long shot, but could anyone be open to helping me review/ study for my Chem 40 class tomorrow between 11 to 12.30? I’ll buy you a snack lol

so basically I don’t understand what math course I should take? My major is business admin and for a lot of schools I need calc class to transfer. But I took AP stats so does that help for anything or what? Also I’m confused if I should take math 180 or precalc or support topics for calc??? Help!!

I have a low C in calc 2. and need an 80% on final to get a low B. Is the last part of calc going to cook me? or i should take a W.

So i logged into my portal like a few hours ago and everything was fine. Now im trying to login but it keeps saying password is wrong!!! i don’t know what’s going on or if its happening to anyone else, Im waiting for IT to pick up the phone right now.

Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

does anyone know Prof Clara King's teaching style/ course set up? I'm currently waitlisted for her class but saw Hoppock is a very chill good teacher + has a better schedule time for me (but there's only 2 spots left for waitlist & I don't want to risk my place in King's). Just wondering how King teaches or sets up their course & if I should waitlist for Hoppock instead
