Bank Mobile Technologies FRAUD!!!
I absolutely want to start a petition to ask the school to not recommend them as an option for "the fastest way" to get your deposit. I got my deposit. Opened the app, and tried to attaching my external personal account and they immediately restricted my account. Then I get an email stating it will be resolved within 15 days. I'm homeless, been waiting on this money for a month to be told, too bad. Called waited an hour, was told ok, 10 business days, escalated and she told me 24 hours (business days) so not until Monday, maybe. What kind of scam is this. I'm reporting them to the BBB but shame on Mt Sac for even suggesting them as an option (literally the only reason I decided to open an account) I asked could they release part of my money so that I could eat and get shelter, nope. Nothing they can do. Then have the audacity if there is anything else they can help me with. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I did nothing wrong, fraudulent or suspicious for this to have even become a problem. Why do they offer the option to add an external account? Ill tell you why so they have access to OUR money to invest while we wait 2 weeks (longer if you count the weekends) they are literally preying on students, a group who needs their money the most. Go do this to some billionaire who can still afford life while they wait. Im pissed, hurt and tired of how our economy takes advantage of those who are in the most vulnerable state. Anyone else willing to sign a petition? Also, if this was done to you, how soon was your issue resolved??
