I have this problematic piece I cannot use. Worth trying rerolling or keeping as offpiece for someone else?

So I originally crafted with cr and cd, so now even if I rerolled it I cant choose other stats. It had perfect sub stats, but just so much cr that I cannot use it in my build. Time to time I get so tempeted to just try rerolling it but rerolling 49cv piece does not sound like a good idea...
And with Mualani getting 19.2% cr from ascension, 15% cr from Mona, and 40% cr from codex, there is no way I can ever use this damm piece... if I used it having even one cr roll in each piece would make me overcap

What should the rotation for this team be?

I just tend to throw random bs when it comes to what skills I use and when but I do wanna be able to maximise my damage but idk why rotation to use. I usually do Xilonen e, Mavuika e and then I forgot about sucrose and just use whatever I can with Mualani

Help with Hex team rotation

Hey y'all. So I remembered that I have Mualani sitting in my account together with C1 Mona, so I decided to start using her again because I like her a lot. I don't have mavuika, so I'm using PMC with mona and sucrose. The thing is, the rotations are so clunky to me, and I can't get it to feel easy to do. I was using the celestial hex set that gives elemental dmg on Mona but saw the instructor is easier to play with on some showcases. Def pulling for Mavuika on her rerun to replace PMC.

For the rotation, I go something like this:

PMC Q, Mona Q N3, Sucrose E, PMC e, Mualani E N1 Q N1. Mualani is c0r1, Mona is c1 on instructor, c6 PMC scrolls, and c3 sucrose on VV. (For clarification, the N1 on Mualani is her big DMG attack.)

With the celestial set, my highest dmg was around 780k, I believe, while on instructor, it was 100k less. I feel like all the buffs are very short, so I'm short on time. VV and the instructor buffs are only 8 seconds, so I feel like I'm butchering the rotations and messing up frequently. Feel free to let me know what I am doing wrong, what I can improve, and if I should switch back on the celestial set.

(Fingers crossed she gets added in the "to temper thyself and journey far.")

Who is Mualani's Best Current Team, and Who Should I Build?

I don't currently have Mualani, but I have been saving for her for a while now. I almost have enough to get her triple crowned right away, and am now looking to start building her team, but after looking around to see who I should be building, I've found some varying information. So I was wondering, what is the best possible team I can build for her?
(No, I don't have the pyro traveler. I never got around to finishing Fontaine, but will be doing so soon T^T)

Additionally, what is her best *theoretical* team, because I don't know where to look for that either.

Help for Stygian Onslaught Pavlina

Can someone please help me with any improvement to the rotations/builds. I have been at it for hours and this run is the farthest I have come.

I tried using PMC but she takes too long to break the shields, which is a big dps loss.

Also is there any rotation where instructors can proc on Xiangling?

I already am crit fishing at the start without Mona's burst.
