I have narrowed it down to two bags that will maybe be my first Mulberry bag, but l have it difficult to make up my mind. It's between the Mini Bayswater and the Soft Bayswater in small.

Here's what l'm looking for: A bag that works as a day-to-day bag, but it's not for work, l would want to use it for doing errands, shopping, meeting a friend, weekend trips, basically everything that l do outside of work. I want to be able to carry things like a notebook, a book, powerbank, water bottle, umbrella, toiletry bags, basically all my needs to be prepared for anything when going out.

You might think now that the Soft is perfect, and it is, l'm leaning towards it more and l love the dark brown colour that will go so well together with my Fall jackets and my coat, but here is the thing, the mini maybe isn't able to carry a water bottle and an umbrella, but it's also a perfect bag that can carry my stuff if l want to do errands, meeting a friend for a coffee and such. I can just see myself taking that bag with me everwyere.

I would also like to add that l love wearing my bags as a shoulderbag or a crossbody, that's why l chose these two.

I guess l'm just worried that l will make the wrong first choice. It's a lot of money to spend.

I was looking at the Small Soft Bayswater and it has become my favourite. I like how it has some structure to it but still has that slouch and shapes to you and how much you can put inside it, but l'm just wondering if this actually works as a daily bag...

For example, if l add an umbrella and a water bottle, a book, a notebook and fill it with other things, will it become very heavy because it doesn't have as much structure to it? Will it sort of droop down?

Bought this on poshmark, it was authenticated through them, but I still have a suspicion it's fake. It just does not "feel" like the others I've seen in store, more stiff. Other thing that's off is the tassel with the locks... the tree doesn't look right.

I’ve had my eye on the Mulberry Bayswater Satchel in Oak NVT leather for a couple of years. Every time someone posts it here I diligently save their posts and admire them when I need some eye candy.

The leather is beautiful, and that’s why I specifically wanted this colour. It’s soft but still has a decent amount of structure, it smells amazing, and feels like proper leather. I’m very picky with my bags and their quality, but this one gets 10/10 for stitching, edge paint, hardware etc. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t have feet which I think a bag of this size and shape absolutely should have. I look forward to seeing the patina the bag will develop and I might add a charm or a twilly at some point.

I’m adding side-by-sides with my Mulberry regular Lily in oak small classic grain leather. It has been my go-to bag this summer and also what finally made me purchase the Bayswater Satchel, as it’s a real joy to wear. There’s a difference in both the colour (despite both being oak) and the leather, both in terms of the feel and texture. Small classic grain has been my preferred Mulberry leather as it keeps its structure much better than heavy grain and looks more polished. Compared to NVT however, you can see that the small classic grain is a more treated leather and the texture and tone look more man-made.

I have a few Mulberry tan pieces in my collection so I might do a comparison at some point.

Help me check if this bag is authentic or not please!

I’m not a hand bag person. This was handed down to me years ago and I haven’t gotten around to changing bags. Genuinely surprised at how many beatings it’s taken and survived to tell the tale.

Anyway, I want to send it off somewhere to be restored. I don’t even know what the bag is called. It’s come with a smaller bag attached to the front what could do with a bit of love too.

So please, what is this bag called? And also, where in the UK should I send it to be fixed? I am in West Yorkshire if that helps. Thank you :)

Hey guys I just pulled the trigger on this second hand Bayswater mulberry bag in oxblood…absolutely BEAUTIFUL bag. I paid £290 in total for it. I attached the photos of the bag just want some opinions on the overall quality of the bag and if it was worth the price I have paid. It’s my first ever mulberry bag and I thought I got a bang for the buck… any advice would be appreciated! I’m planning on maybe bringing it for restoration too :D also if anyone could check that it’s real it would be much appreciated!!

Recently ordered the butter yellow Mulberry Alexa Mini in the butter yellow color. I have the Mini Alexa in the big grain brown/oak color and use it every week when I need a casual crossbody. So the bag size and style works for me! However, I was worried about the smooth leather of the yellow color and upon receipt yeah I don’t like the leather - it’s wrinkled in places and just isn’t for me. So sadly I’ll be returning it and still looking for another yellow handbag, if anyone has recommendations. I wear a lot of white and blue so yellow is a nice pop against that.

So this is something that I’ve noticed when they first dropped this suede bag. It was the one on the right the blue but then I guess they realize they either made a mistake and then changed the photo to the gray because I was like why isn’t there a leather matching this blue? I like this blue a lot and then it’s gone. I’m hoping maybe they will re-launch like how could this be a mistake but anyways I want a Bayswater but I want an interesting colour but not too bright you know just food for thought. I don’t know if anyone else noticed.

Hi, my Bayswater is in pretty rough condition and not sure what (if anything) I can do.
The inside is almost pristine but the outside is battered, stained and the piping has snapped on one side and exposed.
It’s not my colour so I’d prefer to sell if possible or maybe restore and sell?

Hi, I bought this Mulberry Alexa style bag from a carboot sale for £3, and it looks suspiciously real (according to what I googled). What do you guys think?
