So I'm a woman, 30, and I live in Multan. I never did a job but now I wanted to do a job or basically earn money.

I did msc from a private women college in multan a lot of years ago and bcz I don't have any sorta experience, nobody wanna hire me now. i also have no idea where to Apply or what i can do bcz i don't have any skills i think.

When I did m.sc , I had some issues and i was unable to do work or leave house but after that i got lazy and demotivated so never did any work except some online content writing for a graphic design company for a few months.

Now, can someone tell me what are my options? like where i can apply without experience in multan or specifically near cantt area.

I found a few jobs but they were paying like 10 to 15 k and they were located so far away from my house that I can't even manage costs for rides.

i also have adhd and autism like properly diagnosed, not self diagnosed and I'm not good with speaking a lot so i was thinking if i can do something from home but then again, unable to find any work that doesn't require a lot of skills.

I worked in a startup for 8 months remotely and they are planning to open an office in Multan, they planned on opening one in isl, Lahore, Multan and Karachi ( the list and the possibilities, not in every city yk), so now they are planning on opening their first office from Sargodha.

They already work with international clients and don't have that much worries when it comes to clients but it comes to recruitment especially video editors that they are struggling with and it's the main reason why they want to move to another city with better opportunities and scale their agency. Is it good to start from Multan? I was asked for my opinion but my mind is empty in this case.

Lately, I’ve been sitting in a quiet, surreal kind of silence. Yesterday, I looked around and realized a harsh truth: in the process of trying to handle life changes and grinding away at my career, I accidentally isolated myself from the world. Along the way, my social circle completely faded.
