So I have been discussing with a lot of people about various colleges for Md general medicine. Most of the people in the end say that "General medicine is more or less the same at all places"...Why so ? I can't seem to get it...Doesn't the college matter much for medicine residency?

I purchased the Urology INI SS qbank plan in doctutorials and they don't provide access to General Surgery module in INI SS qbank. This doesn't make any sense since the exam has both Urology and General Surgery. The customer care is asking me to upgrade to the NEET SS plan to gain access to all the INI SS modules. Welp.
