Placement query

Hello..I am writing this to know about placement scenario in bits pilani...my brother took admission in btech cse 2023 batch...he sat for 4-1 placements but could not grab any offer...nor he was able to convert his ps1 into PPO..I am a non engineering background guy(medico myself)...I want to know if he can get future placement oppurtunities or not? He is extremely demotivated now...how is the scenario?
