So I have been discussing with a lot of people about various colleges for Md general medicine.Most of the people in the end say that "General medicine is more or less the same at all places"...Why so ? I can't seem to get it...Doesn't the college matter much for medicine residency?

Hello..I am writing this to know about placement scenario in bits pilani...my brother took admission in btech cse 2023 batch...he sat for 4-1 placements but could not grab any offer...nor he was able to convert his ps1 into PPO..I am a non engineering background guy(medico myself)...I want to know if he can get future placement oppurtunities or not? He is extremely demotivated now...how is the scenario?
