Oh hello I just had the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE at the UCLA Random Play dance and I thought I'd let other Nex2ys know how it went:

I got there so so so so impossibly early because I was afraid it was going to be bedlam but the Koreos were very well organized and nex2y was very well-behaved. I'm so bad at estimating numbers of people but there were easily 100 folks if not closer to 200.

It was super super hot and we kept being delayed (I assume because NEXZ was delayed having just arrived in LA hours ago) but once a few songs passed suddenly Beat Boxer started playing and back towards the back of the crowd were NEXZ.

After the first song they got closer to the front and danced for probably 40 minutes total, taking a ten minute break in the middle because, again, so hot. Tomoya danced to nearly every song and Seita danced to almost every girl group song. Between songs they were so kind to nex2y and came and shook hands and said hello and were so extremely gracious.

At the very end Yu did some b-boying with a dancer participant who was showing off tumbling stunts earlier and I cannot believe he did that after an hour of dancing and on hot hot cement.

I tried to mostly Live in the Moment, there are lots of cams online but this one I got of Yu dancing to boompala in tiny is very special to me.

It was nice to meet all the nex2ys I met and hope to see a bunch of yall again on Saturday!

As all the members are native Japanese speaker, l've seen some people praise their Korean, while for others, they still have weird accents and lack vocabulary.
So I was wondering, are they actually good at Korean ?

What are your thoughts on that question?

Btw, I really love NEXZ, and can’t wait for their comeback !
