Min Hee Jin usually reposts ppl’s posts in her story when she’s mentioned. But why is she posting NewJeans when nobody mentioned her ?

Why did Hyein’s dad convince Haerin only and not include the other three? ....When the two members are reported to be officially back under Adore, many claimed that the rest of the members didn’t know about their decision beforehand and it took them by surprise. And surprisingly, it’s not like they discussed it for one or two days before it was reported that before returning, ADOR had very deep discussions with both members and the parents.

Is it j****ust because Haerin’s parents were more inclined to go back to a "safe" route than keep fighting or something.

And the rest of the active members Danielle, Hanni, and Minji at that time who actively supported all of MHJ’s actions, did not agree and didn’t take the two younger members under consideration....isn't they nj 1.0 all about unity and equality?

If we take that excuse, Haerin and her family agreed with Hyein’s dad and family just because she was young at that time. But we should not forget that she is only a year younger than Danielle. Whereas it was not that much of a big age gap, and in a group where it was claimed that every member’s opinion was equally treated, isn’t it too much of a coincidence that the 3 members didn’t know that the two younger members’ families were actively engaged in discussions with Adore when a few days ago they announced through their lawyer that NJ would appeal, and it never happened? If they saw no hope in the appeal, so why announce it?

And didn’t they claim they were together? So why didn’t the rest of the 3 members know about the 2 members are upto ? and then suddenly all of them agreed to come back that very evening?

The excuse of the 2 members, Hyein and Haerin, being very young is so overused. They did far more on their own before isn’t this what Nj 1.0 always claimed, that they did everything according to their own decisions without being influenced by anyone? So being young is not an excuse. And Haerin and Danielle were just a year apart in age.

In this I must say that Hyein’s dad is good far-sighted, this decision tells that he genuinely cares about his daughter when he thought the risk wasn’t worth it. When he knows the members and their families put forward every possible argument in the first lawsuit, and everything was already rejected… an appeal would just be another year leading to the same result or a crushing fine.

So why can’t this be seen by the rest? To the point that her dad didn't included them????

I am starting a series about the two most important pilliar of this whole nj related saga. They are the the most important and least-told figure in the Nj saga.Kim Joo-young, the HR executive who became CEO on August 27, 2024, right after Min was removed and the current CEO of ador Lee Do-kyung, who took over in August 2025 and who is actively involved in the shaping of the reconstruction of ador and nj 2.0.

My motive:

I want to let people know about these women, about them, about what they faced, how they involved themselves in these disputes and are currently shaping the future of ador and nj 2.0.

Without having the understanding about their style of working and their history it's impossible to know what to expect from the future ador.

So I will start with the Kim Joo-young....

"The most hated CEO"... This is a story of the CEO who nobody wanted at that time and especially not their very own artists not their fans. Kim joo-young joined at the time when the dispute between nj members and ador/hybe is already very hostiltic in nature. She was the first ceo after mhj and directly rejected by the members of nj1.0 firmly who at that time don't want any other ceo other than mhj. According to ador she was not an replacement but described her assignment as organizational normalization: separating production and management, restructuring the company and deploying personnel appropriately. So the overall thing is that she inherited ador at the middle of the dispute which has gained global attention.

Background of kim joo-young:

Her professional background was in human resources and organizational management, and Ador said it wanted to separate management from production. And they expect her to stabilize the label while it's only major artist considered the removal of ex ceo mhj a sin. And activiely fighting for her reinstallment.

The irony:

Kim did not create hybe-mhj or nj dispute she inherit the label after 4 months when the whole drama were made public, the desicions are already being taken and when there is already a very hostile dispute is going on about nj future, ownership and artistry.

Her first actions:

It was reported that immediately after taking office she met with ador employees and promised frequent communication, reviewed practical matters such as payment and salary processes and moved internal communication from KakaoTalk to Slack.

She also heard the grevience of the formar ex employee complaint regarding workplace harrasment and after reassessing the whole thing assured the employee that after determing the facts the company will take suitable actions.

This single thing that she done for the ex employee of ador puts her at odds with the nj and mhj supported fans globally who saw this as an act of "hybe puppet". Even though investigatioing an unresolved case was the very must step from a person from hr background.

Demand of mhj restoration:

On September 11, Roughly after two week of her being ceo, all five members of nj 1.0 demanded the restoration of mhj by sep 25. They did not or want to give any chance to kim or see her as neutral figure but for them she is the face of the hybe's representive which they feel like the symbol of the entity that is takeover their very own label. So kim was left with the charge of taking care of nj without any hint of cooperation from the members at all.

The members in their live said that their goal is not only a better communication with Kim but to restore the the ador same as it was under mhj where the both management and production was under mhj.

The distinction to Kim’s story.

On the other hand she was asked to restore the relationship between members and on the other hand the same members wants to restore mhj at the cost of her own position. Even the interpersonal skill is of no use here when their only demand is to restore mhj.

September 23, meeting:

Kim nevertheless met the members and parents on September 23. Where they repeated there demands but kim told them they they will follow policies and governance sture.The board later rejected Min’s restoration as CEO while offering her an internal-director and long-term production role. From nj perspective this means a direct rejection of their demand and they don't want to give up at any cost while the board meeting was is deciding on her own position so there was deadlock between there positions.

The tears controversy:

Later Njs’ parents said that during a September 23 meeting Kim cried in front of the members and they portrayed her actions as a guilt trap and inappropriate because they think that she did that to guilt trap them in the meeting where the discussion should be solely nj claimed greviences.

Kim was already at odds with the nj and mhj supporter and has faced my online attacks while this has just work as fuel to the alreading burning fire. The online community describes her tears as "gaslighting” and manipulation". Where the available claims are from one sided and kim never able to present her side of the story.

The irony: if at the meeting kim acted without emotions she will be labelled as cold ceo with no emotions attach and if she is showing emotions, that emotions are being displayed as "trap" and used by many to mock her. While mhj tears were tread as emotional but for their supporters any other human being if related to hybe/adore if sheding tears is faking it and often becomes a topic of mockery!
