Honda XR300 — What Do You Guys Think?

The Honda XR300 looks quite interesting on paper.

But when you look at the specs, features and overall package, how does it actually compare with the XPulse 210?

Curious to know what everyone thinks :

Would you pick the XR300 or XPulse 210? And why?

I bought my NX500 new but can't seem to locate the pin spanner tool that allegedly was under the seat to adjust the rear spring preload. I read the factory setting was usually at 2 out of 9, on the softer end.

I am 5'10" and 225# and would like to play around with stiffening it up, is this something that is doing to make much of a difference? If I am able to find a tool that will work, can it be adjusted without having a center stand setup?
