Pretty happy about this one exept i saw I have to do more edge highlights on the blade…

I waffled a lot on what colours to paint these guys to keep them somewhat lore-accurate. My normal dynasty scheme is blue and orange weapons/energy but I felt the Triarch Praetorians should stay with the classic green given their position in the lore. I did make their main colours look more like my dynasty so it's clear who they are currently "attached to". Hopefully Szarekh's not too mad.

Ich glaube, das ist mit Abstand die beste Miniatur, die ich in meinem Leben bemalt habe. Ich habe allerdings noch Probleme mit den Lichteffekten. Die Waffe ist super geworden, aber ich wollte, dass sie unten auf den Stein ein bisschen Licht abstrahlt. Es hat noch nicht so ganz gut funktioniert. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir irgendjemand ein oder zwei Tipps geben könnte.

So I had a bunch of sprues, and wanted to set about making some destroyers (I've previously made ships for battlefleet gothic and figured it'd be similar enough)
Please ignore the wonky faces that ended up occurring, the long sleep was not kind to them!

I'm gonna aim to get them primed and painted, and then update. Unsure colour, but may simply go classic sautekh colours for the most recognisable "necron" unless anyone has suggestions! Then itl'll be time to get them onto their flying bases

They're also pretty loreless rn, although they're unlikely to remain destroyers (personally not my favourite lore, despite my fav models). Instead, just modified immortals for a Phaeron who just loves aerial combat. So if you have any dynastic ideas, let me know! I intend to try to expand this idea to an army over time :)

Finished the unit! Now I need to figure out how to base them.

Just showing off my convertible Ark here. Super proud of it, magnets made it all possible. First real attempt at magnetization, figured I'd start with one that's considered more on the difficult side.

The paint job is still WIP. Just finished the cockpit/back end today.
