Hovering above the battlefield, a true Trojan of the Necron - The Lokhust Heavy Destroyer! At the risk of causing outrage, I don't care for the design of Lokhust Heavy Destroyers, or any of the Lokhust figures for that matter - there's something of the "futuristic mobility scooter" about them that looks incredibly lame to me. I of course wanted to add one or two (modified versions) to my circus army, and I was lucky enough to find a selection of spare parts for the kit online. My plan from the outset was to take the enormous gun, and place it in the hands of a diminutive Necron Warrior - and who better to take up the challenge but a staple of every great circus, the dwarf act? There's still bits and pieces to add to this model, I need to connect the enmitic exterminator via ahose to the warrior, I'll probably fashion this from wire, I also want to place a VDU of some sort where the limb of the original Necron would be attached to the weapons barrel, maybe a bead or something to represent an "8 ball" style navigation / positioning device. The balloon I've made from green stuff is just a stand in - I think I might be able to find a ready made replacement for it in a craft shop or similar. Notes on detail, the yellow plate on the enmitic exterminator indicates this warriors particular unit (it corresponds with the balloon.) The balloon itself is of course a fake, a decoy object designed to draw enemy fire. The real motive power is secreted in the pilots oversized headgear...

Just played an rtt and they had bins of used models. I like the old green rods and saw these and had to grab them.

The local wildlife appear to have changed color after slurping up one of my lowly warriors reactor coolant. Should I be concerned? Do I need to summon a xenobiologist cryptek? Should I just hope that the megafauna (top left) takes care of the problem for me? One was carried to the creatures layer just after this image manifested.

For some context, I'm a fairly new player, I was against Daemons, Tau and Imperial Knights, it's pretty much a test with 6 skorpekh and the technomancer but I'm deciding against the latter

The main issue is that the 20 warriors got in fights or shot down before they could, but the stalker and destroyers did okay, and I like the hexmark skills but it lacks a punch
