First time trying to make chicken kebab at home. Didn’t have wooden sticks so had to diy a little with butter knives and aluminium foil. Turned out delicious 😋

Growing up in Nepal, I used to love Black Forest Cake from Bakery called Nepal Dairy. It used to cost Rs 45 per slice and I used to save all my allowance to just get that slice. I have tried several Black Forest Cake here in United States but never found as good as it was in Nepal. I tried baking this today for our anniversary, it turned out ok, still can't create that magic from back home with each bite.

Butter thena so ghiu le substitute gardiyeko, I only used a small amount so halka dry side ma chai thiyo.

Other ingredients: kodo ko pitho, jaggery, eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder and Choclate compound
