Our lady of peace or Bells Corners PS

We are moving to Bells Corners (Ottawa) this summer, and I don't know much about the elementary schools there. I have two children, aged 4 and 8. My youngest has ADHD and ASD Level 3, and we are currently waiting for an IEP from the OCDSB from his current. I am trying to decide whether Our Lady of Peace or Bells Corners Public School would be better for them. My main priorities are special education support for my youngest, access to the Extended Day Program, French Immersion, and a diverse, inclusive environment, etc. The ranking of Bells Corners PS looks weak but I am sure it is worth to consider it.

Which one would you choose?
